SpringHill Suites by Marriott Milwaukee Downtown

Had an excellent stay at this hotel. It was upgraded to the handicap room at no extra charge, because that was the only room left.
The place was very upscale and so much space. Will be using this hotel again. You can't go wrong. Thanks Spring Hill!!

Older building in a great location with a wonderful staff. Front desk staff were creative problem solvers. Breakfast hostess had all the food and coffee out an hour early so our kiddos could eat before heading to their volleyball tournament. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be doing their jobs and it showed in how each one went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Obviously a very well managed team!

We stayed here due to the proximity of our event being at the Baird Center. We stayed for the weekend but got in very late. We were happily greeted by the front desk and quickly checked in. Our room was spacious and clean. Vince was a wonderful valet as he took care of us for the two days. The car was even warmed up for us as we checked out. Definitely recommend!

My wife and I stayed here 1/10/24 -1/15/24 to attend Bucks games as we are season ticket holders. First off the location is perfect within walking distance to Fiserv and 3rd Street Market. The best part about this property is the staff hands down! Very accommodating and pleasant and made our brief stay stress free. I wish I could remember the young lady that checked us in but she deserves a shoutout as she went well and beyond to get us the layout that worked best for our remote work needs. I highly recommend this property.

Had a great stay. The room was huge, modern, and comfortable. The valet parking was very convenient and Vince did a great job. I didn’t catch the name of the front desk employee but she was very friendly and helpful too. I would absolutely stay here again.

I booked a night at this hotel to stay at when in town for an Admiral’s game. Great location and everyone was helpful. Valet services and prices were perfect for what we needed. Vince, working for the valet, was accommodating and willing to answer my questions.

Had a great stay at the downtown Springhill Suites. Room was ready early, was very spacious and clean, and included a mini fridge and microwave. All of the employees we encountered were friendly and helpful, especially Vince in valet who was much quicker with our car than most places and was so helpful with our many bags.

We picked this hotel based on the proximity to the Riverside Theater. Great place to see a show! In addition to the location we were blown away by the level of hospitality we received when we arrived. We were greeted by Tiffany who was warm, friendly and so inviting! She could write the handbook on hospitality. Thank you for making such a wonderful first impression, Tiffany!

We stayed here for two nights over the weekend. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Front desk staff always greeted us on the way in and out of the hotel. Even though the location is downtown and it was very easy to get to a lot of things, it was still very nice and quiet at night.
Vince, who did the valet service, was very quick with getting our car and was a joy to talk to.
We are planning to stay here again when we come back to visit the city in the future.

Last minute trip to downtown MKE. Rooms were clean and spacious. The young lady who checked us in was sweet and very helpful answering all our questions. Vince was a great valet. Car was ready and warmed up when we needed it . Breakfast was very good and the server was friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay! All of the staff was friendly and it seemed like they genuinely loved their jobs. Vince was exceptional when it came to valet service. We are already planning our next stay!

Stayed at the Springhill Suites in downtown Milwaukee. Room was very clean and the valet was super fast and responsive. When we were checking out, Vince went the extra mile and walked us out to help load our bags and ask how our stay was. All of the staff was very kind and helpful, but the extra help from the valet service was a really positive way to wrap up our trip!

Quick trip to go to the Bucs game. This hotel was a few blocks from the Forum which made it so easy! Also shorting walking distance to 3rd ward for food, shopping and fun. All the staff was excellent and helpful! We enjoyed Vince help with our bags when we arrived and left, super nice man, thanks!

My first room lacked hot water. The sink faucet was broken. I was moved to a new room the next morning. Valet parking wasn't clearly communicated. I was not about to pay $40/day! They did tell me that I could self park, and I did. Far cheaper. Staff was friendly and fantastic. The rooms were neat and aesthetically pleasing and functional for a SpringHill Suites. Better lighting would have been helpful. Overall, the rooms were good and the staff was exceptional! I will stay there next time.

We were in town for a conference and Tiffany made us feel at home! We will actually miss her when we leave.
Leslie was the bright spot of our morning. She was friendly and attentive. Can't say enough about this amazing staff!

Stayed at this hotel twice this summer and had great experiences both times. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The front desk and valet staff were very friendly. We especially loved Tiffany and Que who went above and beyond to take care of us. We will be back.

Great location. Nice clean rooms with a seating area. The “promoted” parking fee on web site(s) is misleading at $25/day - that’s daytime only - deceptive. Overnight is $40. We found $15 (24) hour parking 3 or 4 blocks away by using SpotHero App.

We had a wonderful stay! Everyone was extremely friendly and so helpful. We enjoyed chatting with Sherri Taylor in the hall on several occasions. She always had a smile on her face. The rooms were spacious and clean and the valet service was quick and easy. If we ever find ourselves back in Milwaukee we will stay here again.

Stayed 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. Friendly staff and great environment. Vince was extremely helpful and friendly valet. Highly recommend. Will stay again.
