Comfort Inn Columbus Near Fort Moore

The staff was great and my room was clean.. they cleaned my room daily and placed towels.. the pool was open and it was clean.. breakfast was ready before 6am and it was good.. I have no complaints. Sometimes reading reviews will have you scared.. but my stay was good

Everyone @ the front desk was very nice. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star review is because when we checked in, we didn't have any trash cans in the room. Called the front desk & they said they'd bring 1 up right away but they neglected to do so. The evening of the next day after asking a different employee, we got 2 trash cans brought up to our room.

It was a really easy check in process and it was a nice atmosphere and all of the staff were friendly

Was a wonderful place to stay during my son graduation. Also meet this beautiful person that works in this place was very satisfied and I wanted to say thank you Valery for all you did for us.

I would like to give a shout out to the comfort inn on Macon Road. I have stayed here in the last two years a lot of times, all the ladies(Valerie, Tazia & Takeyah an maintenance we’re The # 1 absolutely the sweetest, kindest staff I have ever had the whole time and every time that I have stayed here. Thank you so much. I enjoyed my stay here and we will be back and hope to see all of you. Thank you again.‼😘❤

The rooms were great, the service was always ready to take action when we requested for something like towels, the rain shower was the best by far I could be in there for hours

Was a bit Rocky at first some of the rooms seemed not too thougtoughly cleaned. Checked out a day early staff was awesome. Would stay here again. Just wish the pool was heated. It is indoor but was freezing cold.

Located conveniently off the interstate, clean rooms, prompt service and a great hot breakfast. No complaints for this hotel at all! Was definitely surprised by the great room amenities.

I have to turn a negative to a positive. When something occurred they went above and beyond the line of duty to ensure our stay was a pleasant one !! Mrs. Vicki Davis is an absolute Godsend !! If your ever in this area stop in and see her she will make your visit here a warm and welcoming one.

Room was clean and staff was very friendly. Mr. Patel communicated kindly, which made my family stay feel safe and comfortable due to it being our first time to Columbus, Ga. Ms. Vicki and another guy was very nice too. ❤❤❤

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect! The staff there were all friendly and knowledgeable about everything. Breakfast was hot and yummy every morning! Our room was nice and clean, but I think I was getting bit by something, so be cautious about that. Indoor pool was awesome. Parking was awesome.

I'd definitely go back here, but I would definitely inquire about the possibility of bed bugs.

Vary safe and comfortable and vary big vary nice rooms and vary quite and awesome breakfast and and all-round nice service I wanted to stay a week!!

The night clerk was so nice and accommodating. The room was very affordable at $65 and we only reserved at the last minute too! The room was large and cozy, everything was clean and smelled pleasant. Perhaps most important: the AC worked great! The complimentary breakfast seemed a little bland, but was still satisfactory.

Friendly check in. Clean and comfortable. Room smells like cinnamon 🙂

The rooms are clean and spacious. But the best thing there are the people on the front desk. Both women from the evening and the morning shifts were extremely nice and tried their best to show us hospitality

I stayed 2 days for a concert there in Columbus. The hotel was very quiet and neat. My room was very clean and the staff was very friendly upon my check-in. The location is very convenient. It is near everything. Shopping, eateries, etc. There is even a pharmacy next to it. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

It was a little pricey at $100 a night, but the room was very clean very pleasant and had everything working. The night desk clerk was not overly friendly, but he was adequate. It's still worth it to have clean room and everything working.

Very friendly desk staff that gave us good information as we are not from this area. Nancy, in the kitchen, is the BEST!! She was very helpful with my elderly father and does not meet a stranger. I think she needs to be the employee of the year... seriously.

Easy check in. Room was as expected. Bed was comfortable. Fitness room could use a little tlc. TV in there doesn't work right and some of the equiptment is in poor repair. Other than that the stay was perfect. Will be back.
