On with the story!!
Brought my daughter's car in for a transmission fluid and filter change. Because of it's make the repair cost was 800+ dollars. I declined the filter but had them change the fluid.
David called later that day and let me know that they had cracked the pan drain and would have to replace the pan. I was expecting them to blame the age of the car and give me an excuse and fully charge me.
To my absolute astonishment they took FULL responsibility AND paid for the repair in full. On top of that they were still polite, professional and kind. They changed the fluid, put in the new drain pan and changed the filter all for the price of a fluid change.
These people ARE HONEST AND DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS. If you are looking for a mechanic give them a call.

David and his crew do quality work in a timely fashion, with an attention to detail alongside superb customer service (The highest praise I can give is that they are honest!) -What else could you ask for!

I found Alpha from a post on a social media site. I looked at the reviews and the BBB reports and took my car to them. I called David late on Saturday and he scheduled an appointment for me for Monday. I was late with the arrival of the car but David and team had the issues assessed along with repaired by 3pm Monday. The service was excellent. The timeliness of the service and communication was outstanding. The honesty and diagnoses was accurate. I am pleased that I found Alpha and will use them again.

I was referred to Alpha Auto from my tire maintenence technician. Alpha Auto has been taking care of my aging Jeep for several years. They have replaced/ repaired the valve cover gasget oil leak, alternator, shocks, struts, waterpump & belt replacement, radiator service, electronic component replacements & referred me to a great transmission & clutch repair specialist who rebuilt my 5 speed transmission. Car runs like a purring kitten. David is Great. He works to find the best replacement parts for your vehicle. He also posesses Great people skills and treats customers with honesty & respect. The technicians are skilled to handle multiple vehicle repairs. I have referred friends & family to them. They are honest, dependable professionls & fair pricing. Very easy doing business with this company. David is amazing at the customer service and product knowledge. All the technicians in passing actually say hello and make sure your being taken care of. They flushed my kia telluride transmission and kept me in the know the entire process. Will definitely be taking more of my business there in the future!!!

Alpha Auto Center in Dallas is, by far, THE BEST Auto Mechanic and Maintenance Center I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with! DAVID (GM/Owner) and his guys there are absolutely phenomenal! They are more than fair and honest and just all around best place I have ever had my vehicle fixed and serviced at! If you want an upfront, Honest, and fair deal on your car repairs or maintenance, take it to DAVID @ Alpha! He even guarantees their work!! AND he (David) will even text you to follow up and make sure your car is still good to go!!!! I've never ever had that before!!!

David has been extremely helpful with getting our Mini Cooper Countryman back on the road. His willingness to go above and beyond cannot and should not be overlooked. My family has been a customer of Alpha Auto for many years. Great service! David, the owner, provides great service and his shop does excellent work. He cares about your auto needs and appreciates your business. Took my almost 20 year old car in for AC, brakes and alternator work. All done within a reasonable timeframe and costs. They are very trustworthy and honest.

Update: My son recently took his very old vehicle in for some work. They provided the utmost service with honesty and integrity. They are reasonable in their prices and provide the best customer service with following with you on the repair.

The shop did amazing on my RAM, they were very informative and truthful, most shops wouldve said I needed a new engine because the torque converter can sound like engine knocking but they got down to it and replaced the torque converter and flywheel and even found impossible to find bolts. And they got it done in 2 days!

I have had my vehicles serviced here since 2019. David has always been easy to talk to and very patient whenever I have questions galore. I have never felt like he or his guys are talking above my head or just "running up my tab". They stand behind their work and operate with a huge amount of integrity.

I highly recommend them.

I took my fiancée's car here. They were fair and didn't try to rush an unnecessary repair. So we were able to walk out with only what we came there for and the mechanic was very professional and knowledgeable in telling us about the car. I will definitely come back. Oh and they communicated very well. If you leave the car there, they will update you with a text.

David and the crew are awesome!!! They get the job done fast!!! Prices are good, the service was so nice I got my company to start bringing our fleet vehicles to them. You walk inside and get totally blown away by the cleanliness of the shop. Bottom line is this is where you want to bring your vehicle!!!!!!!

Communication is excellent and their inspections complete. I would recommend them.

Our alternator in our car went out right before the closing in our house and the big move. Alpha Auto got us in and very quickly fixed our car. They were so nice, and we are so grateful for them getting us in and getting our car fixed as fast as they did!
