Dallas Tire

About nine years ago, I needed new tires and stumbled across this shop as I got quotes from several places. They offered the best deal (with several options to choose from) and could replace the tires quickly. After my first experience here, I've never entertained going elsewhere. Their work is excellent, and marked by integrity, honesty, and kindness. Even if I stop by with a minor question or concern, they go the extra mile to help. I can't recommend Dallas Tire enough!

Best tire shop I’ve ever visited. Rolled into town with my truck and heavy equipment trailer from Newnan, as soon as I got out to unload the machine I heard one of my trailer tires hissing. I called the owner from the other side of town and he said no problem bring it over. He was there to meet me and his guys had me in and out in less than 20 minutes. Like I said, best tire shop I’ve ever visited.

Took my classic car there for a look see. They determined by machine, all good. No charge was given. Not many places deliver great customer service and a no charge. This place is where you need to patronize, the shop was clean and well run.

Here's a great Christmas story.
Went to visit our son for Christmas and had a wonderful time. As we were leaving Christmas afternoon guess what?
Flat tire ! Spare was iffy and we are 350 miles from home. Absolutely no emergency services that would help.
We spend another night at our son's home.
Next morning, I get the tire off,no problem, our neighbor carries me up to Dallas Tire for repairs. Extremely quick service at a fair price and I'm back to house to replace tire on truck.
Problem!!!!
My jack will not lift the truck high enough to get the tire on.
My wife, who is the brains of our outfit, called Dallas Tire and explained our delicate. After hearing our plight Dallas Tire sent out a professional young man with a larger jack to help.
Now, I'm not certain that they provide this service to everyone but the Casey's are Extremely grateful for their beyond the limits service.

Just had a couple of tires installed here that I brought in myself. They were busy but got it done in about 30 minutes. The price was reasonable, the facility was clean and everyone was courteous and professional. EDIT:
I've done all of the work myself on my automobiles since I was 15 but I was really struggling putting ball joints in my truck due to back and hip surgery so I called on these nice folks again to get me out of a jam. They got to my truck the day after my initial inquiry and I picked it up the same day. Since driving it in bad condition ruined my tires I returned a few days later with 2 tires that I got from marketplace and they handled that for me very reasonably. I pray that I won't have a need for a mechanic in the near future but if I do these folks will most certainly be my first call.

After going a few other places for alignment on my vehicle, I decided to give this business a try. I was greeted kindly, the tech listened to my concerns, and an answered all my questions. Great service!

I’ve been to Dallas Tire twice. The 1st time was for a screw in my tire. They were able to patch my tire instead of trying to sell me a new one.

I was so impressed their honesty & integrity I had them do my oil change.
Again, they didn’t try to upsell me on unneeded repairs and commented that my brakes looked good still.

Being new to the area it’s important that I find honest, trustworthy companies to do business. I am grateful to have found Dallas Tire & feel comfortable having them take good care of my automobile.

Dallas Tire is top-notch! I had difficulty finding the correct run flats for my car. Dallas Tire not only found them for me, but had the tires available within a day! I highly recommend them for fast, friendly service and tires at a great price!

Took care of an alignment on a DRW vehicle when most other shops didn't have the proper equipment.
Had me fixed up within about 1 1/2 hrs on a walk in appointment.
(Very busy already)
Cost of labor was far less than expected.
Genuine down to earth staff.
Ill be coming back!

this rating is not for what they did, it is for what they DID NOT do. what they did not do was the work I requested, just for revenue. I took my F350 dually to them for a front-end alignment. I received a call informing me that I had actually broken a ball joint at some point and that if they did the alignment then I would just have the same problems as before. The words used were "we would just be taking your money." My grandfather owned a vehicle mechanic shop. Honesty was always the way, though many of Us do not like it all the time. Working on cars through high-school and fixing damages done by other "mechanics" taught me that not everyone with a wrench is qualified to use it. There are just some repairs I cannot do on my own, and I am always skeptical about mechanics I do not know. My experience with Dallas tire was short and limited, but what I got from them was honesty. There is no price too high for that, and I will not hesitate to take my vehicle back to them in the future.

Top notch honest business!! My mistake was that went to a chain tire store and they tried to sell me oceanfront property in Hiram. (You’d think with the outlandish estimate!) $40 and front tire balancing, all better!! I’ll be back soon for tires and any maintenance I might need!

Genuine, friendly and down to earth group of people. They are up front about the cost and they definitely offer quality service.
I had to get a set of new tires and went here. I knew what I was going to pay before agreeing to services (tax and all included). They squeezed me in and got it completed before the end of the work day.

Great experience, getting my brakes fixed on my car. Had an unknown issue with my breaks and the staff was honest and open with me an my family. Gave me a fair price and when they had an issue receiving a part that was needed. The staff informed me of the wait time and honored their word. Will definitely be coming back in the future.
