Sonic Drive-In

So today I took my kids here for a quick bite to eat. The gentleman that brought us our food was by far the best! I ordered a shake and told him that it was mommy’s secret because didn’t want to share with my kids 😂 this man offered to put it in a bigger cup so that they wouldn’t see it. He for sure went above and beyond and I am super thankful! Keep up the great work man!

They get my order wrong every single time I go through the drive through. Using the app they get it right though. But even when they get it wrong the food is still great even if it's not what I ordered so I don't complain. Oh, also, most of the people at this location don't know the menu at all and will question my sanity at the dive thru thinking I'm making up menu items. It's kind of fun though. I like to see how unbelievable I can make a real menu item sound.

Overall I live within a stones throw of this place so for better or worse they are my sonic. So I learn to love. I'm a New Yorker so this is a lot like the relationship we have with our local bodega owner. I appreciate that and it kind of gives the place a charm.

This one is close to my home. I normally order here late nights when I get off work. The last time I went, I'm ngl, I had to wait a bit for my food, but the employees were kind and super apologetic for the wait. They made sure I was accommodated for it, and it's super great of them. The guy I interacted with seemed sincerely sorry for the wait, but I totally understand because they had a limited number of employees making fresh food at the time. Everything tasted wonderfully and I'm more than happy to return to them. I normally wouldn't be the one to make reviews on this sort of thing, but they take pride in their work and it's worth taking note of.

My daughter loves the Ocean Water drink they have.

On April 14th, 2023 around 12pm, the lady at the window was the sweetest. On the receipt it says Calissia. Thank you for being so kind and great customer service! Have seen her a few times and appreciate her positive energy!

Kios screen not working. Made order over speaker...service was prompt, and hop was very nice and accurately processed payment and returned card. Pleasant experience!

The food here is delicious! The burger I got was hot and juicy and the chili cheese tots were wonderfully crispy and fresh. The tea was also perfectly sweetened. The guy that took my order was extremely nice and articulated everything back to me to make sure the order was right. My only complaint is that I didn't get a receipt back so I could do a survey to tell them what I great job they did more directly. This Sonic is definitely the one to go to if you want quality.

The food and drink I got was pretty good. The menu from in the car is a bit hard to bread for a passenger in a car and there is no menu on the passenger side, just sn advertisement.. so I had to get out of car to read it. The waitress was a bit huffy too..but all in all the good was good band that's what mattered.

Picked up a to go order cashier was really nice the food was hot my only suggestion is when a platform driver comes to pick up a customers order I think that the staff should have plastic bags to put the open ended brown bags in...persay I had a bag with three items in it trying to get it in and BB out of my hotbag was kinda difficult considering the bag was full to the max and it ripped when the person at the store handed it to me I just feel the food should be better packaged for our customers thank you

First time going to this Sonic but it was a very nice experience. Twice in 1 day; the first time ordering was a breeze, no wait at all when ordering and my order came out in less than 1 minute. Amber was very professional. Second time was a breeze as well but it was a little wait. I did order more but the food was fresh and hot. I will definitely go back to this location even though it's a little far from home; service always trumps location.

I've never used the walk-up window at a Sonic before, but it was a good experience. The person who brought my order was exceptionally friendly and efficient. I was approached by several panhandlers, but after the first one I figured out if you ask them for money first they leave you alone. I love the frozen cherry limeade. :-)

Always friendly and my order is always exactly correct. This place does get a little crowded during lunch and dinner hours as to be expected at all Sonics. But they maintain a good job of keeping the line moving.

Good Customer Service and great food.

We had the BEST carhop!! She was upbeat, smiling and happy as she could be! I definitely recommend this Sonic and although it has been a while since I've been there.... Because of her and the good food we will be back!!

They've got Ocean Water. They've got Chili Cheese Dogs. They've got tots. This location on Manchester Expressway has been relatively consistent in 2021 and the first part of 2022. Buy and Ocean Water. You're welcome.

Raven was so attentive to my order. She smiled coming to take it, and service was great. Rachel is a great manager for this facility. Sunday dinner at Sonic was exactly what I had looked forward to.
