I had a repair made to a ring and a clasp changed on a necklace. It was done in no time! I'm super happy with the workmanship and will use them again!

I went by the store to have links removed on 2 watches purchased elsewhere, I was greeted as soon as I walked in and both bands were adjusted at no cost. I purchased a last minute Christmas gift of a Pandora charm for the wife and left a ring to be fixed. I was told it would maybe take a week for the repair, well I got a call the next day telling me it was fixed. It was and while there I purchased a pandora bracelet and another charm for the wife. Carter Jeweler’s has a clean easily accessible location with a very friendly staff. I had an all around great shopping experience and will be back

Went get a necklace and pendent fix and also have watch fitted. They did wonderful work on the necklace. They also fitted my watched for free. Thank you for your work on everything. The people was super helpful and I will definitely will give them more work. Merry Christmas!

Carters resized my wedding ring and took a link out of my watch after weight loss. Very professional, excellent service, friendly atmosphere, highly recommended Carters!

Amazingly fast service: took 4 rings in to be sized around 11 am, said they would text when rings were done, usually takes 2-3 days. Text came around 4 pm that same day, they were done. Sized perfectly, cleaned & polished like new! Repairs are done in-house, not sent out for repairs.

They helped me out from start..very very friendly!! Very nice jewelry and he also worked with me on the price of a engagement ring I really liked for the woman I want to marry!! He gave me a military discount and made it affordable!! Also the woman I am now gonna marry absolutely loved the ring!! It was my first time at Carters Jewelry and they were great. My main gem fell out of my ring and one side chip was missing. They had it ready the next day at a very reasonable price.

Every time i'm going to carters I found it in amazing deal. The girls and the owner are such nice people. They will do their best to find what you're looking for at the best price they can possibly give you.

The diamond fell out of my wedding band and they fixed both sides (prongs were worn)

I broke the Diamond off my wedding set & the jewelry store I have used since the 80’s recently closed. I took my ring to Carter’s and I dropped it off around lunch time and at 5:30 the same day they text me and told me that my ring was ready! The price was very reasonable & my ring looks like brand new!!!
