AT&T Store

I had a great experience at AT&T this evening. I Was helped by the lovely Destiny G. She was so polite and funny. She kept me entertained and informed about all the devices. I really loved her service.

The Employees here are Awesome, whatever crew that was Dayshift/mid Dayshift on June 23 were Fantastic. They were patient, we laughed alot, it was Awesome, Hey👋 Sharla & the other Beautiful ladies from Sharlotte & Billy Tucker ❤

Went in to activate a hotspot device and was there when the doors opened. One couple ahead of me needing to upgrade their phone from a broken one and they were unfamiliar with the process. The nice lady (Charla?) was patient with them, went through the process, especially helping them recover data from a broken phone with no backup. My activation was smooth and clean and just wanted to give props to an employee working alone that seemed to care and was competent.

The staff was very pleasant & helpful. They were very informative & knowledgeable. It was a great experience learning about the newest iPhone 14 Promax. Destiny G. is a lot fun to do business with.

Only store I'll go to! Amazing staff & manager. They all go above and beyond to make sure everyone leaves happy.

The lady working here was awesome. The bad thing I have about att is you hear different on customers service then Actually what is happening in the store. With customer service on the phone they tell you one thing you get in the store and it is totally different. AT&T has been bad like this for a long time I've had the same phone number for over 18 years.

Went in to transfer service and it was the best experience I’ve ever had dealing with any cellphone company. Collin Rust was my sales rep and let me just say, he was the best, most helpful, knowledgeable, sales representative I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was very patient and helped me weigh all my options to find the phone and plan to meet all my needs. If y’all need to switch service, have questions or just stopping in to pay a bill, Collin is the young man you need to see.

Went to Att store 3 times in 4 days ( first time at the Picayune location). I had issues with transferring a phone to new account and returning a phone for another one. Collin was my representative he was the best one I dealt with. He was most helpful and knowledgeable. He was very patient with me and helped me called customer service to straighten my account out. This location will be the only location I will be going to from now on. I appreciate everything that Collin did for me

We went in to upgrade the phones on our plan. The manager, Mr. Rust, helped us and was excellent. He walked us through the entire process and taught us how to go through the setup steps rather than just doing it for us. He really put in the time and effort and was friendly. The other gentleman working was also friendly and conversational.

The manager Collin did a awesome and amazing job. He was beyond patient and did everything to make sure the job was done. He even stayed after hours to make sure the job was done and we were satisfied. He's whole team of employees were great. This is the best location I've ever been to! Thanks! THE BELL’S

Two huge thumbs up for Collin at the store in PICAYUNE, MS. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the latest technology. He made it easy for me to transition from one service to AT&T. Shout out to Erick and the other guy who worked there that day as well.

Stopped In during lunch time to get two new phones all employees were at lunch except for Zeke he was there alone. He was working on my new phones with one tablet and helping other customers with the other. He did an amazing job on the rush by himself. With both tablets “one in each hand” he got all the customers taken care of quickly. I give 5 stars to Zeke

I recently went to the Picayune AT&T to upgrade 2 phones and switch several lines around. Collin was phenomenal in helping with everything I needed. He got my phone and my moms phone set up in store. Made sure I had the correct sim for my husband’s phone to bring home and showed me how to change it. And even set up my and my mom’s old phones for my boys since they were getting the older devices. Would completely recommend. I will definitely be back when it’s time to upgrade my husband’s phone.

They were amazing they helped me get my upgrade and they saved my some money on my bill each month. I totally recommend

Collin and Zeke were very helpful and kind the whole time I was in store! They made it pleasant while I was here for 3 1/2 hours while I purchased my phone! I will tell everyone to go see them at the picayune store!! Thanks guys!!

The manager Cody Barnes was very professional and kind. He went above and beyond in customer service. No one else anywhere would have taken the time he did to assist me and get me the best deal possible. He a great salesman for sure!

No Doubt I'm a Technology Related Store's WORST NIGHTMARE, However Collin R at the AT&T Store in Picayune was on his Game today. I went in Port my Numbers over from T-Mobile due to the fact that my Wireless Service went from Great with Sprint to Horrible with the New T-Mobile in MANY Rural Areas Specifically in Pearl River and Hancock Counties in Mississippi after a Dozen Phone Calls to Technical Support,
I had to make the Switch to AT&T Wireless. Several questions I asked he was able to answer. Some he had to Really Look into to get the Answer but he was able to answer. The Main thing to Know is that IF you Bring a FACTORY UNLOCKED Smartphone Regardless if it's 4G or 5G, just keep in Mind that Wi-Fi Calling Might NOT WON'T WORK (Specifically Android Devices) Unless it was Bought Outright from an AT&T Store. So far EVERYTHING else will work because Unlike T-Mobile that has this feature built into the SIM Card, this is an AT&T Device Specific Feature. The Entire Sales Team was Unbelievably one of the BEST I've seen in a Very Long Time. Unfortunately due to Staff shortage in the Early Morning the wait time can be a while. Overall if you need a Device or need to move services from another wireless provider, the Local Picayune Mississippi Store is the way to go. Collin R in Specific was one of the BEST Wireless Consultants I've seen in a Very Long Time. Give them a Try and you'll see why. Also Don't Forget to See if your Employeer has an Employee Discount Program with AT&T.

Collin Rust in Picayune was off the chart amazing!! Explained things very well to my husband and I. Set everything up for us! Even put our covers on for us!!
I will definitely be sending more people to him!!

We went in to change carriers from T Mobile to A T & T, and our salesperson Eric was fantastic! He was friendly, informative and knowledgeable ! We were in and out in no time! And we got a great plan for less money! Donna and David Entrevia
