Wonderful service! I had a rattling noise. It was only a loose heat shield. Fixed it for free! Also let me know I had 3 free oil changes since I bought my car there. In and out in 65 min. Wonderful! I have bad experiences going to car dealers, its always like they want to find an issue so the bill is $$$. Walked out paying $0. Trustworthy place!

I was told that my both my rear shocks needed to be replaced. After an inspection Russ Darrow Nissan on the Northside assured me that I don't need both rear shocks done. I am so grateful that they didn't take advantage.

Great first time service experience here. Travis listened to my concerns and waived the diagnostics charge after no problems were found. I had a 30k mile service as well and feel better about reliability of my car. A recommended service at 100k was clearly priced and I'll definitely return to Russ Darrow for that.

The staff was great especially when I had a busy 1 year old with me. All of the sales people were friendly and spoke to me an my toddler. They didn’t mind us roaming around and exploring to keep busy. I loved everyone’s energy, especially Ken’s. I had Travis in the service area a couple times now and he explained everything and told me what services to think about for my next visit. I didn’t feel pressured or stressed and I thank him for that.

Had an appointment for an oil change that I arrived a bit early for. Service was much faster than I expected. The service manager was very professional and informed me of work I need to have completed within the next month or so. Waiting area was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend.

I went to have a new key fob programmed and it went really quick. They also inspected my car with me having to ask which was great and they even gave me a free car wash which was wonderful. The service was excellent, fast, and the reps were very friendly and knowledgeable.

They allowed me to drop my car off and even gave me a shuttle ride to work. I meant to pick my car up on my lunch break but got stuck at work and had to pick it up after and they didn't mind holding it until I was off. Everyone at Russ Darrow Nissan is super friendly and helpful, in the process of getting service or buying a new vehicle is super simple.

Everyone was really friendly and helpful. They worked quickly and answered all of my questions. They even fixed my key fob after I broke it trying to replace my battery. I had a great experience this last time. I was bringing my vehicle to the Russ Darrow Jeep location and there was always an issue. The last time at that location I was supposed to get a call from a customer service supervisor about my concerns but nothing. At the nissan location they found out why my car was having issues fixed it and accommodated my rental situation. Today I went to Russ Darrow Nissan at Metro Mall in Milwaukee for an oil change and a wheel alignment. I had the best customer experience ever thank you to Latrell, He was very thorough in explaining the results of my vehicle. The most important piece that really shined for me was he walked me out to show me where my vehicle was not many associates do that they just say it’s park out the door to the right. But I truly appreciate the customer service that I received from Latrell. Thank you and keep up the great service.
