Michael was able to diagnose the problem with my laptop and less than two minutes pop out all the screws fix the chip and slap it all back together. It was an outstanding service.

Incredible customer service and value. Like many others I contacted Certified Computer Systems based on the excellent reviews and was not disappointed! I had been having BSOD errors on my PC for over a year and was ready to pull my hair out! Michael is extremely knowledgeable and honest, which can be hard to come by in this business; I told him what was going on and he gave me my options over a single phone call. After analyzing my log files he pinpointed exactly what pieces of hardware could be causing it and gave me sound advice on the cheapest course of action. My experience was professional and excellent. I had issue with the desktop and laptop being compatible to my employer's software. I couldn't hear the client using my USB headset. The information was helpful and going to try to resolve with the employer. Thanks.

Absolutely amazing. We were told by a different company that the computer was useless and that we needed to buy a new one. We called them and Michael said let me look at it and I'll get back to you in a few days. 2 day turn around and the computer works amazing. It's my husband's gaming computer. We got awesome Antivirus software and a great explication of how to use our computer to the best of its ability as well as safety tips for his game mods and such. So I was having issues with my laptop working and really worried about getting it working before my daughter started virtual classes. Very good service and great price. I had 2 laptops that he repaired and they both are running like brand new. He helped me save alot of money and I greatful that I found him. His services are too notch and he is very helpful in helping you save money than having to spend more for a new computer. I will definitely go back for my desktop in the future.

I had a problem with my custom build computer. He walked me through many of the steps that I needed to take to troubleshoot the problem. He was able to communicate everything to me in a way that I understood. I am very grateful for how nice he was. Customer service was an easy 10/10. Although his business doesn't specifically help with the issue I needed, he still helped me anyways. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Michael met with me about my computer the same day I called him, and he was honest with me from the start about the fact that I probably would be better off getting something new. He also suggested a cheaper alternative and helped me pick out a laptop, and I got a great deal. He also took both laptops and transferred my data over, installed a temporary Microsoft Office, virus protection, and helped find and install the drivers for my laptop. He returned my laptop to me in less than 24 hours which I appreciated since I was 1 week into my Masters degree. Thank you!

I called because of a problem I had with my new PC. He gave me the best path to take without thinking on how he could benefit from my problem. He guided me through the process and explained to me that since the computer was just recently bought, it is the merchants job to make sure that I get the best technical support and that they shouldn’t charge me for anything. I’m pretty sure that not a lot of tech guys and Mechanics place costumers before the money. That has a lot to say about his skills and his personality. I would totally recommend this place!

As someone who isn’t computer savvy I tried my best to explain the problem and he knew exactly what the issue was. He clearly and patiently explained steps I need to take to get my PC running again. Michael was absolutely fantastic!! Nice, understanding and knowledgeable. My Microsoft Surface Pro would not start and Michael not only told me how to get it to started but also walked me through how to run a diagnostic. And at no charge. For someone like me who knows nothing about computers he was a true godsend!!!!
