I drove on the highway for the first time and visited here due to the exchange of my daughter's car battery.
As soon as I arrived, my legs were weak and I wanted to sit down.
Queen also brought me a chair and stabilized me, and she helped me by slowly telling me not to worry about me who couldn't speak English.
Queen was the kindest person I've ever met.
I will never forget Queen's kindness for the rest of my life.
The car was replaced as soon as possible, and it kindly informed me of the situation from time to time.
I really received the best service.

An actual PERSON answered the phone. They set me up for an appointment, I drove in for the appointment and they got me right in. It was just an airbag recall, so I was in and out in about an hour. Everyone was friendly, nice waiting area, the service writer kept in touch through text, and came to get me when it was done. Great experience.

When I tried to make my appointment online the calendar would not work for me. I called in and spoke to Sharon who went out of her way to assist me in getting in quickly. When I brought my car in I worked with Jonathan who was so professional and was so helpful with getting services done timely. Very impressed with the staff and their professionalism and courtesy!

Wonderful customer service from Luis! This was my first time getting an oil change from this place and it was much nicer than I was expecting. He was very professional and did a great job welcoming me to the dealership and letting me know how things were going through the entire process. Highly recommend!

Excellent service from start to finish! I was in Milwaukee visiting family when my check engine light came on. I wasn't sure if I should take a chance and try to make it home to my regular mechanic or find a local repair shop which was something that i dreaded. All the horror stories about being taken advantage of, being overcharged and/or having shoddy repairs done immediately came to mind. I have a Honda van and none of my family had any recommendations of where to go for repairs so I just started calling around. It was late Thursday afternoon and I wasn't feeling optimistic about getting in anywhere in a timely manner.

Much to my surprise Maureena, the service coordinator at the All-Star service center, actually was able to fit me in the same day and also provided a free loaner. By the next morning Maureena called me and thoroughly went over what they had found. There were several non urgent items along with the main issue. And the best news was that it could be done that same day. Over the years I have dealt with a lot of car repair issues and pushy salespeople so I feel like I have a good reference point. I was completely satisfied with my entire experience. Thanks, Maureena!

I had a recall on my 2019 Pilot and needed a couple other services performed. Brought it in to All Star Honda and they took care of me.Terrell kept me very well informed as all the repairs were made. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back to their business.

Took my car in for low tires, Luis in the service department assisted me with this. He told me that there was a screw in the wheel wall and it wasn’t repairable. He discussed options for me and will be moving forward with his options. It was a great experience working with him.

March 31, 2022. I went into All-Star Honda, service department today because my check engine light went on yesterday. I'm so glad Chris W M, still works in the service department. I have worked with technician Chris, many times before. He is honest and you can trust that he is going to tell you the truth regarding what repairs you may need on your vehicle. Chris, explains everything and leaves it up to you what you decide to have done. He doesn't pressure you, but tells you if he feels something would be dangerous if you don't get it fixed. I had to get quite a few things done and Chris, got my car in the garage in a very timely manner. Chris, kept me up to date on how things were going during the process. My vehicle was also completed with the repairs in a timely manner. If you want a great place to get your vehicle serviced, I highly recommend All-Star Honda. Ask for Chris W M. Besides having great customer service, he is a very nice person. I have to say that all the other technicians in the service department were also very friendly and willing to help if they could. p.s. I spoke with another gentleman for a minute who was getting his car serviced. He said he lives on the northside where there is a closer Honda Dealership. He drives all the way to the southside to All-Star Honda, because of the outstanding service...and of course asks for Chris W M. p.p.s I also had my clutch transmission fluid pressure switch replaced.
