They came right away. they were half the price as other major franchises. The actually told me what my issue was and why this keeps happening. The guys were super nice and informative. Sorry about the bleach smell I tried cleaning before the got here and went a little overboard with the bleach. Would call them again and again. :)

Called MILW Drain Cleaning this morning for a blocked floor drain. They were there by 11 am, an hour earlier than expected. Along with being very personable, James and Jeff found the source of the problem quickly and had it repaired in about half an hour. Both were knowledgeable and also offered advice for down the road with our main drain. I would recommend MILW Drain Cleaning to anyone needing such services. Quick response and reasonably priced.

These guys are the best! I had a BAD mainline backup, which ended up being worse than they were expecting I'm sure, but they were able to get it cleared out and didn't even add any additional charge!
Jeff was very informative and helpful, and even took the time to show me how to properly use their root killer later so I could use the water again. He explained how the products I had been using weren't doing much of anything, and informed me on how to prevent this issue again in the future.
I've used 2 other companies for mainline cleaning in the past, but these guys will be the only ones I use from here on out!

Called at about 8:30 on a Sunday morning, he answered on the second ring. Came straight over and arrived in about 35 minutes. Made quick work of the clogged sewer line. Charged a very fair price for an emergency callout on a Sunday morning. Cash only. I'll be hiring him again to root the line as a preventative measure. Very happy with the service and timeliness.

Great service! I had them come out to check out a basement flood I had a couple months ago and they explained everything they were doing which was really helpful. They also provided feedback on what was potentially causing the back ups and things I can look into to help reduce or fix a deeper problem. Thankfully I have service line coverage that they highly recommended to look into.

I couldn't believe how fast they were! I think everything aligned just right, I called and left a message, minutes later I got a call back and they were on their way. My floor drain was backed up and needed to be cleaned out. They arrived, evaluated, and sprang into action, cleaned out the floor drain CORRECTLY! After they were done, they gave me a foaming treatment for tree roots and showed me EXACTLY how to use it, and the safety procedures I should follow. (He would have done it for me, but we needed use of the drains until we went to bed.) I tell ya what, these guys were fast, professional, courteous, not condescending, humorous, good guys. They did the job right, they did it fast and they charged the same, and less than, anyone else. Great attitudes, and just overall great guys to have out to do work. This is who I will call from now on. Hire them, you will be happy. I know I am.

These guys rock. I had a clogged main sewer line and other companies (think Roto rooter) were quoting twice the price to clear it out.

I'm not sure if I got Jeff or James on the phone, but he said that he would be to my house in mere hours after my call. They came, they cleared, and they conquered that clogged drain.

It didn't take long, so he said that it was actually $50.00 cheaper than what he quoted me on the phone. Because of their quickness, professionalism, and honesty, they got the 50 bucks as a tip.
