Excellent selection of boots and Western clothes. They steam and block hats when you purchase one. That's an excellent service. prices were about as expected, clearance prices for foot wear was very good. Wish they had a bit more in the hiking footwear area.

Very large and busy store. They have boots, clothing, hats, jewelry, etc. They have boots from just about every manufacturer. Plenty of associates to help you find what you need. A wheelchair could be maneuvered through here but some places might be a little tight. They have a big parking lot with plenty of handicap parking. They are kid friendly.

My family and I have been shopping here since the 80s! I needed new boots (my first pair from here lasted 14 years and they’ve still got life left in them!). Rochelle was exceptionally helpful! She spent time with us, allowing me to try on all the boots I wanted. She stretched my new, all-leather boots for me (wide calves), and she even conditioned my old ones! This place is better than any chain boot store!

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Prices were better than I expected and I got the most comfortable boots that look pretty awesome on clearance! I definitely recommend Boots Etc.

Love this place just purchased my second pair of boots from here. The staff is very helpful. Even let me park my Rig in the parking lot the first time. Which I don't recommend. Will return for my custom order.
Update: Got my custom order Justin boots. I absolutely love shopping here! The staff is Amazing!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Big selection of work boots. I was looking for composite toe work shoes. I did not find what I needed but very high quality work boots.

The staff was friendly and we'll informed. I've never gotten boots before and they helped me find a pair that matched the descriptions I wanted. The selection is vast and very well stocked from boots to overalls, hats to ties and belts. Prices are fair for the quality of their products (the products having great quality). During my visit, I saw a few people come in who were apparently regulars, which is always a good sign. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.

People of all color were there even some older than I, but they all addressed what I was looking for which was a hat, a young man there understood that I was looking for a hat that fit and I left with two shirts and a hat didn't think twice about the price so it was excellent and my wife is happy too.

The place is huge, and the selection is great. The staff is great.

Their customer service is outstanding! I was in a bind and calling around to stores all over the country to try and find a someone that could overnight some Cinch jackets to me. I was lucky enough to talk to Kris and she literally went the extra mile to help me out. At the time we were talking on the phone, the daily mail/package pickup came and went from the store. Kris went on her own time to take the jackets to the post office to make sure they could get to me ASAP instead of waiting until the next day when the mail/packages were picked up! She was knowledgeable, patient and more than willing to help out. She didn't even ask for a review, but I am making sure that she gets recognition! I will definitely be a return customer to Boots Etc!!!

My company has utilized their services on location with their mobile truck and my staff has gone in store. Their entire staff has been absolutely incredible. I have mainly dealt with Zoe & Tommy. But everyone there is so pleasant. So very professional, kind and attentive to all our needs! Couldn't ask for better customer service!

The people are friendly and knowledgeable. We had to get a certain kind of work boot and they knew exactly what to get.

Son needed work boots they had such a variety of choices and was very pleased with what we bought thanks to the helpers all around even the manager was just so helpful such a great experience.
