Absolutely the best experiences I've ever had at a dentist. As a natural redhead, I've had nothing but awful experiences my whole life. Dr. Cigno and staff worked with my horrible anxiety. They go out of their way to make you feel relaxed. Warm blankets, dark glasses, etc. I will never go anywhere else now that I found Cigno Dental. I highly recommend. Especially if you have fear or anxiety towards Dental work.

First time EVER that I enjoy going to the dentist! Dr Cigno's staff are kind, patient, and fun ladies. He is awesome. I can't say enough about Dr Cigno. His main concern is patient comfort and trust. Choosing this team for extensive dental work was a decision well made.

I've been seeing Dr Cigno since he took over the practice of my previous dentist. When he arrived he informed me that he was going tto teach me how to take care of my teeth Since then sure I've had to have some work done. NOT nearly as much as before he arrived ..Mostly I just need to go for my regular check-up and cleaning. He is the best dentist I've ever had. His office staff is top notch and very friendly. I have and will continue to highly recommend him.

I have been a patient of doctor Cigno for over a year now and it’s been the best experience for me and my son. The staff is amazing and consistently helpful along with doctor Cigno himself. Definitely a 5 star experience always.

Staff are all very polite and accommodating- equipment is some of the most modern I've ever seen in a dentist's office, Doctor Cigno keeps everything in his clinic on the cutting edge. The scanner wand they use to make mouthguards rather than molds is really cool. Definite recommend for anyone with sensitive teeth or who doesn't like metal scrapers, as they upgraded to water picks a while ago. I've never had a bad experience here, and will continue to come here for my dental care.

Truly the best. As someone who is terrified of even the tiniest dental procedure, you can take it from me - Dr. Cigno and his team are absolutely wonderful. They take amazing care of you from the second you walk in. The best part is is that they make it clear they care about you and your comfort. It’s their top priority and I’ve never felt so at ease at any other dentist. Not to mention he gave me smile back. I bawled my eyes out when he was done working his magic - all tears of joy. After my initial assessment:
The staff at Cigno were very professional. They are courteous and knowledgeable. It was a comforting experience.

7 months after permanent finalization:
Cigno Family Dental is the clinic I chose to perform my full mouth permanent implant/denture procedure. I have now had the permanent implants/dentures in for about 7 months and I couldn’t be happier with how well the procedure went, how comfortable the implants/dentures are, how great they make my smile look and how much more I enjoy eating. I give my highest recommendation to Dr. Cigno. Dr. Cigno is not only a very talented dentist; in my opinion, he and his assistants are very well versed in state of the art implant procedures. In addition, I really felt like Dr. Cigno and his team put the patient’s comfort, needs and wants as top priorities. Lastly, throughout the procedure, I felt like I was part of a team that worked together so very well to make my permanent implant/denture procedure a great success. Cheers for Cigno Family Dental.

I have bad dental anxiety and did some researched and found Dr. Cigno and staff. Best decision I made! Everyone there is so welcoming and nice. They made me feel at ease which means a lot to me. Vanessa is just wonderful! She is so sweet and nice. Made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Cigno is like no other dentist I have ever encountered. I am so thankful to have found him. You can tell he cares, is very compassionate and listens to all your needs and concerns. I already have less anxiety about my next appointment. I really feel like I am in good hands. From the bottom of my heart thank you thank you thank you!!! I highly recommend.

First visit was the best I have ever had at a dentist. Staff was friendly (and they are all beautiful too which may not be a necessity but it doesn’t hurt😂). They listened to what I had to say and were ready to tackle the dental problems I had in the best way possible. Beautiful facilities as well. Nothing to dislike.

Cigno is the best dental care in Southeastern Wisconsin... I promise! Neighbors of mine recommended this office to me years ago while I was in the market, and they could not have been more right. Kindness and professionalism are guaranteed in every visit. Amazing service exists from the front desk to everyone involved in taking your ex-rays, your cleaning, (shout out to Anna), your final check, etc. It's worth the drive if you are not in the area. I no longer live in this area but I make the trip because I would never go anywhere else. Dr. Cigno is the most knowledgeable, kind, personable, down-to-earth dentist you will find. This office is consistently booked out by about a month and it is obvious why.

Dr Cigno and his staff are truly unique in the way that they care for their patients. The technology provides the resources to offer the best care, along with the environment that Dr. Cigno has established. If I could rate with 10 stars, I would!

Kelly is his assistant, makes you feel so comfortable. You can see the compassion they have and you feel like you’re part of their family.
I had an emergency which was worse than I thought and was able to get in quickly. Dr.Cigno did his magic and I’m starting to feel better. But I was told it will take time for the area he worked on to heal. Dr. Cigno and Kelly are very thorough explaining the process and home care guides.
I’m so thankful and appreciative for the quality of care I am given.
