La Finca Coffeehouse

Amazing! This place is so wonderful. Nice and relaxing atmosphere. The dollar to food ratio is an excellent value. The Mexican sweet bread (pan dulce) is a great touch to compliment the wonderfully creative coffee mixes. Most coffee houses are loud and obnoxious these days while this remains relaxed and quiet. Definitely make this your morning, noon or evening stop, your panza will be glad you did.

La Finca has been on my list to check out for a while. Finally had the chance today, and it did not disappoint. I had the spiced latte and my husband had the horchata latte, both were delicious! We had a brunch mix that consisted of the chicken chipotle burrito, chicken and salsa verde, cheese quesadilla and breakfast sandwich for the kids. Although everything was good, the burrito was my favorite - good spice and flavor. I wish we lived closer so that we could go more often!

I had never heard of La Finca and wasn't sure what to expect when I met my girlfriends for coffee.

What a gem!

Big selection of coffee and non-coffee drinks. I had the horchata chai, and it was delicious! They make their horchata in-house, and it's wonderful.

I also had churros that were hot and yummy. Friends had the chorizo breakfast tacos and said they were great, too.

I'll be back for sure!

Every time I come here I am impressed by the coffee and food! I’ve gone here a couple times with my crochet group and every time we have enjoyed what we ordered. The mugs are really cute and the food hit the spot.

Love the atmosphere. Very clean. Many choices. I tried the tacos the first time. Amazing! I got chorizo egg and bean delicious, as well as two drinks because I wanted to try something new. I'm excited to go again to try more!

Great coffee shop with fun and delicious drinks with an added benefit of having some great food as well. La Finca definitely punches above its weight class and I personally think has better offerings than the other big players in town. Great drinks, great food, kind employees. Hard to beat!

Outstanding unique beverages! Coquito Latte , espresso, ground cinnamon and coconut sweet cream! Worth a try!

What a great hidden gem. The views of the lake are unparalleled for the area and a coffee shop. It is quiet. The staff is friendly.

A great spot to park and walk along the lake. Or get some work done.

The espresso drink was a bit over pulled, but, I am particular on my espresso.

The staff is so friendly, the drinks are delicious, and the food/pastries are so fresh!! So glad to have found this gem so close to Lake Michigan. It’s a perfect Saturday morning when you start your day with La Finca!

The best feeling is accidentally stumbling on a hidden gem that not only delivered exceptional coffee but ridiculously delicious foods!

First, the cold brew. It's a finicky thing cold brew, it's either really good or really not good and in this instance I was blown away by the quality and smoothness of it. I could down a gallon of their cold brew and rivals some of the best out there!

The iced horchata latte can be deceiving with its sweet ingredients but it's in fact balanced and spiced just right! And not overly sweet!

Now for the food! I know y'all are thinking, coffee shop? Food? You mean pastries? No, this is NOT your typical food offering. They have Mexican American fusion offerings that make this place a pleasant surprise.

The hits for me:
The cucumber avocado, for the less adventurous it has chunky avocado spread, fresh cucumber slices, and I definitely recommend the bacon and egg add ons. Simply delicious classic

Now the main event, the chicken and chorizo burrito. Flavor paradise! And that salsa will be the heat that will make you feel things again. This could easily be served in a restaurant that's how high quality it tastes. The move is to order with grilled pineapples and sour cream on the side to douse the fire from the salsa. It's just such a surprise to be eating something so delectable in a coffee shop of all places! And the house made chips are addicting, expect to eat the entire thing!

I’ve been coming here for about two years now. I haven’t written a review since I never thought to do so. But today the owner really went above and beyond and didn’t have to. I really appreciate you guys and the staff! Whenever I want to try a new drink, the staff is patient and offers awesome recommendations. And even if something in your order was off, they’re always willing to fix it right away or offer a solution. If you’re in the area or never been definitely stop by for a drink and/or a bite to eat!❤

Stopped at La Finca Coffeehouse while going for a bike ride with my mom and had an amazing experience! Had wonderful service and the person that took our order was extremely knowledgeable about the various food and drink selections.

The vibe: Large east facing windows over-looking Lake Michigan, the interior is bright and colorful with lush houseplants abounding. They play a great selection of music as well.

Pictured here is the spiced latte, an americano, black bean, chicken and chorizo breakfast burrito, grilled pineapple and avocado salad and last but not least, a blueberry scone to go!

Great experience overall, would highly recommend and will definitely come back! My only critique is I wish that they had a bike rack since they are right off of the Oak Leaf bike trail!

My fiancé and I decided to stop here to try a new local coffee shop and we were blown away by how good the drinks were! I got a coquito latte (tasted like coconut cream pie) and he got a fresas con crema latte (strawberries and cream).

The two ladies working, Grace and Susie, were incredibly kind and welcoming as well. Plus they were playing epic tunes! Fit the vibe perfectly. We will definitely be back to try those fish tacos!

Seldom though it may be, my family loves coming here (especially me and my wife). I'm hoping to come more often as our kids get older. Most recently I tried their posole, which was nice and tangy - so satisfying and delicious. As for beverages, I try to get something different every time and have enjoyed everything so far. There's a good variety of roasts. I tasted my wife's horchata latte which was delicious (I'm usually not a fan of lattes). The staff are really nice - friendly, accommodating, great customer service.

I'll be making a weekly trip from Milwaukee to South Milwaukee for La Finca. Their drive-through is incredibly convenient, and whether I dine in or take out, their service is consistently excellent. The food and coffee are always fresh, delicious, and maintain an authentic, flavorful taste.

Just my favorite coffee shop of all time. Service forever friendly. I’ve never had a bad coffee or food item from here. Walking distance to the lake. They always host Mercados with local artists 😊 so great to see.

I've lived across the street for several years and never even knew this place existed until a few weeks ago. I'm glad I stumbled on by! This place is absolutely adorable and cozy. The service is friendly with a smile and the food/beverage options are plentiful. So far I've had the Horchata drink (with vanilla syrup, cinnamon stick - can't remember the name) which was a little too sweet for my liking but still good, the breakfast tacos with chorizo and added avocado and the pina colada smoothie. My fiancé had their coffee, just black, today and said it was really delicious, so now I'm curious as to what brand of coffee they use. It's a great place to meet up with someone, business or pleasure wise, or to do some work in a quiet and warm setting. I can imagine this place gets really busy during peak hours. We will definitely be frequenting this place often. Also, an added bonus - it's Latina owned 🖤

THIS IS THE BEST COFFEESHOP!! BEST FOOD AND DRINKS. THE HORCHATA LATTE IS HEAVEN IN A CUP. STAFF IS KIND AND PATIENT. THE ATMOSPHERE IS COZY AND FEELS SAFE. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
