Best experience I've had with taxes. -- My regular CPA is no longer in office and I had to find someone new. I struggled with the online services and how to go about filing and finishing my taxes, but Karen T., was such a great help. She helped me maneuver through the systems, gave me clear and precise directions on how to file my taxes and documents, and went through the instructions on how and what to send to the state and IRS. She was VERY empathetic, understanding and knowledgeable. I will definitely continue to go to H&R Block. Thank you!
