Renee is the sweetest and kindest. You hear horror stories about post offices, but I can day Renee changes the game and I actually enjoy seeing her smiling face and kind demeanor everything I come in. Thanks for being the difference renee

Big shoutout to Renee and Tracee who were going above and beyond the day after Christmas. In a world where customer service has taken a step back, I can honestly say as I was standing in line I was blown away watching these two ladies take care of customers coming in and showing great patience and empathy for everyone coming in. Great job ladies!!! Wish more places exercised the same professionalism you both demonstrated today!!!

The two employees who helped me today December 27th were both polite and helpful, and the line was less than 5 minutes. It was my first visit to this location.

I have used this post office for over 5 years and have received only the best customer service. The sales associates are extremely knowledgeable about the services offered and will go out of their way to save the customer money. Thank you and keep up the great work!!

What a wonderful staff. They are always cheerful and helpful. I love getting the email every morning showing what the mail delivery lady is bringing today. Every once in a while a piece will come a day later.

Long story short...

I was missing a package that was showed as delivered. Called this facility and costumer service was very nice and helpful. They even gave me the field (Delivery) lady’s personal number (Amy) and she went back to my neighborhood, checked mail box by mailbox, called me back and tried to help me as much as possible.
I did locate the package.

They actually answer their phone! I have had to issues over the last couple of months as it pertained to international shipping and they were very helpful in identifying the error and helping me when I was have a challenge with an international carrier. I live this PO. The staff is nice and they do their job.

I had an issue today with a package that was stolen and the personnel were extremely prompt and helpful. Each time I visit the facility, they have been very friendly and professional.

Tracey is the BEST. Always cheerful, laughing, and helpful, even while customers are being nasty.

I have no problems ever talking to a live person. This is a very busy post office and yet the wait time is minimal.. Thanks guys for all that you do

The staff is very friendly and efficient. I went to get a package mailed off the weekend before Christmas and it was busy but I wasn't waiting long.
