I had an awesome visit with Dr. Bell & staff. Great doctor, friendly & helpful staff.

Came here with my fiance for bloodwork. After he gets called to the back I remain sitting in the lobby. Noone else is there just myself and the workers behind the desk. All of a sudden one of them call me up to the window and tell me only patients are allowed in the lobby and I would need to wait outside. It's 37° degrees out and there is no one else in the lobby. Why couldnt she have mentioned something when we arrived and sat down? I could have grabbed his keys and just waited in the car. I get covid standards and all but if I'm masked up sitting alone in a corner she could have just left it alone. I could also understand if the lobby was full and patients that needed to sit. Why suggest someone wait in the cold unnecessarily?? Maybe posting a few signs on the door would be a great idea as well...

I took a patient for a check up I was told to get out the lobby an I was accused of hitting the patient an mistreating him. She told him she don't like me an called his caretaker I was really being racially profiled.
