Tooth Town Dentistry for Kids

I was so nervous because I have dealt with so many horrible dentists in the past with my children.

NOT TOOTH TOWN!!!! THEY ARE WONDERFUL!!

They were timely, they were professional, they were great with my child, they were informative! I had read their bad reviews and I am here to tell you, they have definitely rectified all of the issues people had.

They did take my boy back alone initially and I was so worried that he was scared. I came into the room and he was all smiles. That helped to calm my nerves. The Dentist was calm, she spoke very gently and she was extremely thorough! She explained everything about the future care. I was feeling much more comfortable and confident by the end of the appointment.

The checkin was quick and the receptionist let me know right away about delays and how long the wait might be. The tech was knowledgeable and very polite. Overall the appointment was quick and communication was excellent. I am so glad that I found Tooth Town!!!

The staff were friendly, the doctor was friendly and made me feel at ease for the sedation process for my child. the healing process was great and my kid and I have no complaints! They work really well with children and are extremely patient!

Staff was very kind, helpful, supportive & informative. Office was well kept and very clean. They very thoroughly walked me AND my child through the steps of his procedure to help calm our nervousness & assure me he would be safe and well taken care of. I would most definitely recommend them to friends/family!

Love this dentist for kids! I brought in today, my 3 year old, and April was so kind and patient to him, love the vibe she had on! Keep up the good work, many blessings for you April and your co-workers ♥

They always get my children in on time and make them feel confident about coming. The children experience no pain and they love their rewards after the appointment is finished. The staff is also very friendly and attentive.

One of the best dentist office for kids hands down. I love it there they make the kids and family members feel welcome. Not to mention the procedures and cleanings and etc they do doesn’t take all day I honestly feel like they know what they doing they get you in and out I would definitely recommend them to family & friends.

This place is highly recommended for kids. The staff was nice and friendly. My son was sedated for dentist work they made sure he was comfortable and wasn’t in pain. After they checked on him to make sure he didn’t have any complications.

Love this dentist office. They are always going above and beyond; helping every step of the way. They are wonderful with the kids. My kid had a great experience during the whole process.

I was surprised how fast the procedure went, but my baby recovery was great she was eating applesauce and ice cream the same day. We did exactly what the dentist told us and she is doing good. The photo is the same day of procedure.

We had such a great experience here at tooth town. The staff was very welcoming and nice. They worked so well with my daughter. It was her first time at the dentist and they made sure to make her feel safe and comfortable. Our assistant I believe her name is April was very through with all the information and made sure I understand everything beforehand. The dentist was informative and nice !

All of the doctors and assistance are great. They are very kid friendly All of my kids are seen at this office and we have never had any problems. They are also super patient and precise during major procedures and sedations. Love love love this dentist office.

My experience was very good. They so gentle when it comes to my baby. Very clean, good customer service. Always very detailed when it comes to my kid needs. I highly recommend this dentist to others.

Ms. April was amazing all in through. Her talking to my child before just going to work on him was something that touched my heart, I love adults who give children consent like they would any of us. My son was very comfortable with her especially with the patience she so genuinely displayed, we love a good space to allow correction. She was a breath of fresh air to be with. Honestly, so blessed to have been placed with her. Lastly, as a parent appointments are a norm for us.. so we've been to so many "Firsts" we forget to document the new "Firsts" and I kid you not, this Angel nudged me to capture the moments in between as much as I could on our yet again "First".. <3
How did she know me to myself every 3secs I see my baby casually sitting in his dentist chair watching "Bluey"
( unphased too cause he loves this show dearly.. so how ironic they had it on ) that my brain was running laps and the main thought that kept coming back was
"gEt a PiCtuRe oF hIm" 😭

They was very nice and helpful and a good dentist to refer anybody for they kids to go to I like how they set down in talk too you about what going on very clean place good work on make kids feel better so I will be going there all time

It was a gentle customer service, people in the front desk are nice and professional. The best part was how they deal with kids, very comprehensive and friendly. Thanks for that excellent service.

My son went in for a bad toothache they didn’t make us wait very long to actually see him they removed the infected tooth and my son was pain free and happy this is a great dentist to go to for children they are very fast and the staff are amazing !! Will recommend

Warm, welcoming By all the staffs everything was easy going it took just about 20-25 mins for the process my daughter is doing great she happy know teeth problems in school this year Tooth town is now on her primary dental we love it there

That Ms. Danielle that answered the phone was great! She was polite, professional, and prompt. She was helpful and answered all of my questions. I had just found out my daughter had two cavities and needed a filling from Children’s Midtown. I had been with them for years out of conveince. They told me that they could not do anything about her cavities till November and that I should look for another dentist if I needed her to be seen sooner. Ms. Danielle made me feel like I made the right choice. I will be bringing my oldest daughter here as well. I am pleased with the level of customer service and professionalism she exuded. As we all know the first impression really does counts. I will definetly be referring them to my mommy friends.

I really appreciate the service at this location, especially with April! She made my daughter feel very comfortable by laughing, smiling and being relatable with mom (me) so it put my daughters nerves at ease. She was fast, sweet and efficient. Definitely would love to request her at my baby’s next dental check up! Thanks April!
