I highly recommend Packard Auto! The staff is very personable and extremely helpful and knowledgable. They were able to get my car in the same day and figured out the problem very quickly. This will my new repair shop to continue to go to.

When I call and make an appointment for oil changes, they usually have availability the next day. And whether I wait with it or drop off the car, it’s always quick.

They have diagnosed problem rattles that other shops couldn’t fix. I can’t recommend them enough.

Packard automotive is a great place to take your car to be serviced. They are very courteous and informative to me when I get my car serviced. Also very reasonable prices. Kyra and Javier are very wonderful people.

On 2 separate occassions my car broke down unexpectedly near Packard Automotive. Both times they took my car in immediately and completed quality repairs in a very short time period. I could not have been happier with their service, their kindness and both times the bill was a lot less than I expected to pay.

Packard auto was great. Technician went the extra mile and made sure I had all the knowledge I needed about my vehicle. Ladies in the office were super friendly. Service was excellent.

I was referred to Packard Auto for their reasonable prices and great work they do. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted by office manager and helped immediately. I did not know what the issue was with my car, however they were able to find the electrical issue affecting my headlight and fix it all within a hour. All the people who assisted me were kind and honest. In addition, the price was cheaper in comparison to some of the other mechanics I’ve known.

New to the area and I have to say this shop went above and beyond. They have just made a loyal customer. The staff is amazing and treated me with the upmost respect. I don't rate many places but I have to say I would recommend this shop to anyone. They are knowledgeable, timely and make it a point to treat you like family. I look forward to the next time I will need automotive work or have automotive questions.

This is my 2nd time going to Packard Auto since the new staff been working. The first time that I had went there because I needed some new tires really bad. So, I called Packard Auto. The receptionist Kira is really nice I had explain my situation to her. She later called me back with price of two (2) tires and said that they would stay open or late until I got there. That was a life saver for me. And Javier and crew put the tires on it must've been like 20 minutes later I was back on the road. The 2nd time went 4/16/2021 got the other 2 tires and brakes done Javier and crew once again did not disappoint me 4:30 pm in. 5 :15 pm or so out back on the road. I would continue my business there. And the price was reasonable and they didn't try to over sale me for something I didn't need (Maurice)

Had a leaking tire I needed fixed and ended up needing a new one. He explained why they couldn't just patch it, which I really appreciated him taking the time to do.

Michelle the receptionist was very caring and tried helping me over the phone which was amazing. Ted the owner was great, he went out of his way to help in anyway he could. I highly recommend this place, they got my car in with such short notice and the prices are very reasonable. This place is amazing, will definitely be returning to this place for my auto repairs and needs.

I took my car to Packard Auto after being told by a different shop that I needed work on my vehicle's OBD system in order to pass emissions. That other shop quoted me a very high price to diagnose & repair it, I politely declined & took it to Packard Auto instead. The friendly mechanic at Packard Auto checked it out for me, and there was nothing at all wrong with the OBD system. That other shop tried to get me to spend money on an unnecessary repair & because I have a mechanic at Packard Auto that I trust, I saved a lot of money! Thank you for the honest, friendly, & quality service that I always receive at Packard Auto!

I drive by at least a dozen other shops before I get to them. They have fixed everything that's needed to be fixed without having to bring it back to get re-fixed. They honor the warranties for the parts. I also like because of the distance I live from them the receptionist will drive me home shuttle me home drop me off and if I have to they will come back to get me.

I took my car in for maintenance and Packard Automotive went above and beyond to get my vehicle running well. As they said, it was like driving an entirely different vehicle! Thank you Packard Automotive for your great work, fair prices, and friendly service!

I called a few places trying to get a new tire for a damaged one and they either didn't have it, or I would have to wait almost two weeks to get an appointment. When I called Packard Auto they had my size tire, used and I could come in any time. I went on my lunch break and less than 20 minutes later it was done and the tire looks as good as new and for less than a third of what I would have paid new. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone in my situation.

This is a great business. They truly value being part of the community and in turn take care of their community members; police, firefighters, service members, etc. I never feel like I am being pushed to fix something that is not broken. I will gladly keep taking my 2005 Chevy Trailblazer to Packard auto to keep it running for many years!

I would highly recommend this shop. I brought in both of my cars in the same week, leaving me car-less. The guys at Packard were very accommodating and knowledgeable and got me back on the road very quickly. The cost was very reasonable as well.

First, I want say not a lot of places allow a customer to bring their own parts to replace. I want to thank Packard Automotive team allows me to bring my parts for repair. They definitely will take the time to do the job correctly the first time. My 2011 F150 needs a new water pump but to get to the water pump you'll have to dig through the piping in front of the pump. Loosing the thermostat housing, loosing the belts just to get to the bolts. If you show them you done your homework and buy the correct OEM parts. They'll go the extra miles to make sure the job is done right! Much appreciate to the TEAM!
