Holiday Inn Milwaukee Riverfront, an IHG Hotel

I've been staying at the Riverfront Holiday Inn for several months and I enjoy the good service and friendly staff. Angela, the hotel manager is always accommodating and helpful if I ever have concerns. I like hotel living and this is the place to be for business or recreation. The view of the Milwaukee River is superb and I would recommend this hotel for anyone planning a visit to Milwaukee. Photo included was taken by me.

Everyone has been so nice. TaMia on the evening of 12/17/2023 was especially helpful and went above and beyond to help me. She was so kind and never once showed anything but kindness. I can’t say how much I appreciate her. The server when I had breakfast was very friendly and was the only one there, so she did wonderful. Great job by all. The staff at this hotel is absolutely amazing. Everyone was cheerful and pleasant and it was just good vibes to be around and much appreciated.

It was a great stay. The Hotel was very clean and the staff was nice and professional. The restaurant was great as well.

Had a fantastic experience while staying at this property. Nyisha was the employee who checked me in, and working and chatting with her was great. Easily one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel.

The fitness center was very large and spacious, whereas there were 4 people in there all working out at the same time, without stepping on each other (a rarity in hotels).

The snacks area was plentiful, and the employees I had during the evening were also very nice in helping me find a good place to eat.

I’ll be staying here again very soon. Thanks for a great experience, and keep it up!

The staff here is very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our two night stay. Brandon at the front desk always said hello and greeted us. The hotel is dog friendly and we enjoyed having our Australian Shepherd stay with us. The exercise are is nice with dumbbells. We were not having breakfast but sitting in the lobby and the breakfast staff brought us bacon for our dog. When we were leaving our room for a workout the housekeeping staff said have a good workout. We had a couple concerns with our stay and Brandon was very helpful and took good care of us. When in the area we would stay here again.

This is a nice property. The hotel sits on the bank of a river in a quiet setting.
The staff was pleasant and helpful. The site was in good condition, well equipped and inviting.
The breakfast was adequately supplied with fresh foods. The choices were what you would normally expect to see at a Holiday Inn.
My experience was good. I would recommend this property if you are visiting the area.

Upon arrival the front desk staff were so welcoming. Tia greeted us every time we walked by the front desk with an amazing smile. She frequently asked if we needed anything and if everything was to our satisfaction. My parents had an issue in their room with the A/C and they quickly arranged a new room after realizing it was going to require additional work. Melinda was super friendly, helpful, and attentive to moving my parents to a new room. She carefully arranged everything in the new room in the same way my mom had things unpacked in the old room. I could not say enough about the service at this hotel. In other reviews you will see concerns about carpeting or cobwebs on windows... The reviews fall short of highlighting the amazing service, nothing can replace great personalized service and amazing individuals working at this location!!! All areas of the property are mobility accessible.

Recently stayed here while visiting our son going to Seminary in the area. We were also celebrating our anniversary, so I let the hotel know ahead of time. They did not disappoint! We were received very warmly by Alex. Her and Jose at the desk were very welcoming. Our room had a very nice view of the river and a surprise bottle of wine for our anniversary celebration!

We found all the staff here to be charming and helpful. The Anchorage next door also had great staff and the patio by the river was a great place to spend an evening relaxing.

Holiday Inn hotels always give one a wonderful experience and this one was no exception. It's on the banks of River Milwaukee and it's a wonderful view. Always ask for a room with a river view. Staff are very helpful and friendly and their Anchorage restaurant has a good variety to eat and drink! I enjoyed the swimming pool and the hot tub. Hotel is in a strategic location with easy access to all parts of Milwaukee city! Five-star experience. Would definitely go back there! One staff member, Tia, is so kind and helpful!

My husband our daughter and myself stayed there for three nights four days and I have to say we were highly impressed! Everyone that worked the front desk was very friendly and helpful such as Jessica, Mylynda and a few others but I did not get their names. But each and every one of them were exceptional and taking care of our needs. We would be more than happy to stay there again and I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a nice and friendly place to stay

I enjoyed my stay here it was very relaxing and tranquil. I give them five stars because of their customer service. It is of Great value when a business caters to you and you pay them and they do just that with your payment. I appreciate businesses that provide top-notch service especially now in these times of pure pandemonium within this pandemic. If you have an opportunity and you're in my city check them out you will enjoy your stay.

Loved it. The rooms were clean. The location is wonderful and the water view is beautiful. I love nature. ❤ Highly recommended. Staff was friendly and fast service. There's a bar, pool and hot tub available.

I absolutely love this hotel! The girls at the front desk are amazing, Kim is fantastic, the staff is wonderful. The room was clean and awesome. The bed is a little more firm than I'm used to but I slept all night long. It is quiet as well, we did not hear any noises coming from the other rooms or from the hallway. The food was great, our server paid attention to detail and truly cared about her job and customer service. We will definitely return on our next visit!! Thank you so much for a grand stay!!!

The staff were friendly and quite excellent when handling our reservation, even though they had an entire wedding party reservation going on that day. The room was clean and the hot tub was large enough to hold 8 people. Upon checkout, the desk staff were just as courteous! I'll definitely come back here when in the Milwaukee area again.

Was so pleasantly surprised at how exceptional this hotel was. Arrived to a very irate guest complaining loudly to a very polite and very patient front desk employee because their curtains wouldn't close all the way (um...this was the design of the window treatments and the important ones did close!) and we were quite worried when we realized that our room overlooked the outdoor patio as relates to the level of noise. By 10 pm, all was quiet and we got a really great nights sleep. Night #2...the lobby was PACKED and we again worried about the noise level of the hotel. Strict adherence to their "quiet hours" led to another peaceful nights sleep. The rooms were cleaned to perfection, the staff was so cordial and polite, and we could not have been happier with our stay.

I ordered the Salmon with Guoda Risotto & Grill Broccoli. Delicious. Cooled perfectly!
The room was great also. Clean & very comfortable.
Nice thing is, you don't have to leave once you check in because the bar & restaurant is in premises. Nice after s long day of driving.

The food at the "new and improved" Anchorage restaurant is very good. It's worth a visit even if you're not staying at the hotel. I think its one of the best in the area. The outdoor patio, by the river is also very nice. They have a gas fed fire pit which enhances the patio. The rooms are all new and nicely decorated. One has the option of staying in a standard room or in a room with a refrigerator...microwave and sink. Very helpful if you plan to stay longer.
