We rushed up from Iowa because of a family emergency
Every hotel we contacted was either booked or completely out of our price range
We read the reviews on this establishment and we're very hesitant but felt we had no choice We were prepared for the worst based on what other people posted

This is our second stay at this hotel, and once again we would like to give the owners and staff a huge thanks for making a difficult situation the loss of a friends family member easier.
The closeness to Fresenius kidney care and dialysis center the handicap accessibility for my friend, some very nice restaurants near by
all made a very difficult situation much much easier. This is an excellent place to stay if you looking for a good value, a nice place to sleep have a small breakfast in the morning be close to restaurants and a major shopping mall and have a great staff this should be one of your considerations.

Was perfect. Only thing I think should be lower is rate when u stay more then a week. Price should reflect in house loyalty with pricing.

Friendly and professional front desk staff. Beautiful and clean rooms. Also the bed is so comfortable it will instantly put you to sleep. I loved this stay.

Staff was respectful, courteous & helpful. Front desk clerk looked in my eye's and without asking or saying a word, understood. Upgraded my room and made sure me and my dog's were safe and welcome.

Loved the place but best thing was the coffee, room and morning breakfast! Friendly service and nice cozy rooms.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable for the $$. I stayed here for Military Rate. TV viewing is great!!.. In-room coffee maker and soap and shampoo a big plus!...Plenty of parking, well lit and property is under surveillance cameras...Pet friendly!
A Grab 'N' Go breakfast was provided along with vending machine, ice machine, microwave oven and 24/7 hot coffee& tea available....Most importantly, I felt safe.

It was so nice to be greeted by friendly faces and great personalities!!! I've decided that I would rather pay $10+ more a night and feel welcomed; (than feel anxious to take my dog out for a walk due to the front desk people ie: Motel 6-Saukville). This location in Glendale is Very Busy, more of business place. Yet the from desk staff was always calm and friendly. We had a great clean comfy soundproof room, my Babe had surgery and couldn't travel yet. Plus they have an elevator.

I have stayed at this location almost every month since 2009. The Staff are awesome and the Manager is extremely approachable! This is an excellent hotel for business travelers! The rooms are very clean and the desk and chair are perfect for working after hours! Their Continental breakfast includes waffles and the best coffee. If you have time to watch television, their flat screen and satellite programing is enjoyable too. This hotel is my favorite "home away from home!"

Staff were very friendly at check-in. The Continental breakfast was good. The variety it offered was more than some places I've stayed at previously. The room was clean, and taken care of. Bed was comfy. If I return to Milwaukee, I would stay there again.

I was absolutely amazed at the service I received here; not only from a single staff member, but all that we came across. In particular, the lady that checked us in, Kimberly, will always remain in my mind as to what kind of welcoming service to expect as a guest. As a Rewards Member, I had mentioned having been locked out of my online account. I could not make a reservation. When my husband went to load the car in the morning, he came back with a half sheet of paper. On it was a huge smiley face with a note: Good Morning, Kimberly! Don't forget, you're a rewards member - Welcome Back and Have a Nice Day, Rodney. On the bottom was my rewards member account number, the 800 number to La Quinta to get help with my account and the url to the site. I went to check out and couldn't have been more pleased with his service. So friendly and obviously likes his job. The ladies in the dining room were very nice as well. We were late for breakfast but they kindly let us in for some orange juice and coffee. I've a very happy customer and will be returning to this hotel again next time we're in the area.

The staff was really friendly. Facility was clean and well kept. The manager was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Wonderful and friendly service. Needed a hotel at last minute during my travels. They had a room and even called to make sure there were no problems with the room. Fairly close to places to eat. I would stay here again if ever in the area.

staff was super professional and friendly, rooms were clean, and the coffee machine makes a suprisingly good cup of coffee.

Overall stay was peaceful and pleasant. The service was great and friendly and the breakfast was delicious!

Fourth time staying at this hotel since leaving. Last time after Midwest Regional Fellowship Mrs. Buck the GM came and spoke to us at breakfast. Very clean rooms. Comfortable sleep at reasonable price. I used my free night tonight.

I left my lights on and it appeared like nobody was available to assist me at 7am. But out of nowhere, the manager herself came to my rescue. Thanks SISTER for showing sisterly love. Yes, you're a wonderful business manager but more importantly you're a sister that cares about God's people

The room was clean and there place decent. Overall experience was good. Liked that check out time was noon instead of 10 or 11 like many places I've stayed.

Ive been staying at this hotel every summer when I come to visit family for the last 7 yrs. Great location. Good customer service. Wish they provided more hot food for breakfast though
