I moved to Georgia four years ago and picked up insurance with a different carrier. A few months ago I met Michael Barr and decided to let him give me a quote, as I had State Farm for 16 years before moving. His rates blew the competition out of the water. Now saving money is important, but the biggest thing Michael Barr brings to the table is phenomenal customer service. If you are looking for Property and Casualty Insurance, you really should try Michael Barr.

Lisa H. at this State Farm office is a Life saver! I was stranded with a flat tire and needed a tire change. I wasn’t sure how to use the State Farm roadside assistance so I called my State Farm agency. Fortunately, Lisa answered the phone and helped get assistance to me! Thank you Lisa for helping me!

The customer service here is overwhelming. I called intuiting about car insurance- unaware of all the different types of insurance I could have. I left with car insurance, renters insurance, and insurance on some of my valuables. The staff is all so nice and the insurance prices are quite reasonable and you're getting a great deal! I am looking forward to my future with them.

I asked for a statement for all payments in 2019 and Mrs Lisa had it ready very quickly and mr Barr has gone above and beyond service explaining every detail to me during my year time so far with StateFarm
