Heiser Ford Service

I was kind of forced into leasing the vehicle I have I originally inquired about a different vehicle and I was told to come out to test drive only to get there and the vehicle wouldn't start even after charging the battery and replacing the battery three times. I've been asking about the vehicle for a few months after the salesperson pushed another vehicle on me while calling the sales person I never got an answer left messages no callbacks or anything after getting the vehicle serviced check engine light comes on and I was told they wouldn't be able to tell me why the check engine was on because they don't specialize in that particular vehicle.

I guess the service they believed they provided today was completely disrespecting my time. I made the appointment for brakes service a month ago, waiting to come in until they were ready. Just waited more than 3 hours in their waiting room, assuming they were going ahead with repairs we discussed. Nope. I was here for my appointment at 8:30 a.m. At 11:45, someone appeared to talk with me about the diagnostics they ran and the litany of new services they suggest. And they hadn’t done one thing to service my vehicle. 3 hours of waiting and not one thing done. AND they charged me $170 for the diagnostics!

If you’re a working person, save your money and your time. Don’t bother with this place.
