Kinn Guesthouse Bay View

This modern hotel is absolutely stunning. I enjoyed how quickly you can get a response from the staff through text. The beautiful kitchen hangout area is exceptionally well made and the room felt so cozy. The neighborhood is wonderful. I went to honey pie for breakfast and karma for a smoothie. I will stay here again everytime I coke to Milwaukee

Extremely comfortable and modern in every way. I especially liked the large windows in my room and the community kitchen. Having access to a washer and dryer was much appreciated. The room heated up and cooled down very fast using the thermostat. Mattress, duvet, and pillows were plush. I need to find out what kind of bed pillows they were because I need to get some for my home! Loved loved loved staying here! Yes, it’s a bit more expensive than a regular hotel but was 100% worth it. Oh! And my room (#1) had a view of the lake!

Great location, check -in process was simple. The room was beautiful, very spacious with very high ceilings, the bathroom was very nice as well. There was a nice little common area which I did not use but many would probably utilize. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again!

had a great stay at kinn guesthouse in bay view! it’s easy to walk around to local bars, restaurants, and shops but far enough from the city traffic that you don’t get overwhelmed. even with a restaurant being in the building (a very good one I might add!) you never heard them and it didn’t interfere with your relaxing at all.

We were so comfortable right in the heart of BayView. The bed and bedding were perfect for restful sleep in this very quiet room. We loved the large size of the room, the crazy high ceilings, the exposed brick, and huge windows with room darkening blinds. The shower was huge and well stocked with toiletries from Ursa, the cool boutique across the street; that was a treat. The spotless chef's kitchen provided a beautiful space to make and enjoy coffee and tea each morning as well as an ice machine and a dedicated tray in the fridge to store our food and beverages. We briefly saw two other guests down the hall one morning. No lobby and no crowds added to the peaceful, easy vibe. Any questions were immediately answered via text. We did NOT miss our usual airport hotel stay with crowds and noise. We look forward to staying here again and trying the Kinn Guesthouse downtown.

Beautiful old building . Tastefully done modern suites and the great common area with the modern kitchen will make The Kinn our new place to stay. Very quiet and check in and out was a breeze.
However, something usually overlooked in reviews is customer service and The Kinn has flipped the script with the best customer service I have ever experienced in a boutique hotel.
Can’t wait to come back

Kinn Guesthouse is located in a vibrant neighborhood with restaurants and cafes within walking distance or a short drive. We really enjoyed our dinner at Sorelle, and brunch at Honeypie. Humboldt Park is just a few blocks.
The rooms are comfortable, spacious and thoughtfully decorated. We appreciated the shared full kitchen and lounge area which has lots of natural light. Kinn has so much character but with the comfort of the big chain hotels.

I stay at the Kinn Guesthouse when I visit my daughter and have stayed about 8 times. I plan my visits to area based on Kinn availability. Love the community Kitchen, access to laundry and the weekend pastries🤍 Kinn has been a sanctuary for me and I am so grateful to Michael the manager for assisting me in making room arrangements.

Our stay was excellent. The room and common lounge were extremely clean and were cozy and warm in spite of the cold outside. I liked the ease of the check in/check out process and not having to worry about carrying a key card on me. It was a comfortable and nice stay with warm blankets and a decent mattress. The location has parking and is a quick drive to some great coffee and food options. We wish we had had time to try to restaurant downstairs for dinner, but it just didn’t work out this time since we were in town for a wedding. If I had to be nitpicky, my only comments would be that the pillows were a bit flat for me (but I am a side sleeper and get neck pains easily) and there was only one tiny trash can in the bathroom for the entire room, which was not a problem for us but I could see it being annoying if you had more people staying. These were super small things though and overall we loved our stay - would visit again!

I've stayed here 3 times in 3 months. (My colleagues are also fans of the Kinn Downtown.) Fantastic location in a super cool, but laid back, walkable and transit-connected neighborhood. Good self-serve lobby amenities (quality coffee and tea, snacks, your own fridge space). Also access to a full sized real gym a block away.

Nice size room. Well maintained and a good value. Not sure why it says breakfast included. Only had coffee and tea with a few packs of instant oatmeal. Not what I would call breakfast included but still and very nice stay and a good value. Walkable to a number of breakfast choices Would stay here again and recommend it

I’ll be staying here every time I visit my family and friends in Milwaukee. Loved the room decor, comfy bed, and the communal common area. Room 7 spacious and was quiet as it is at the back of the building. Easy communication with the staff. Nice location- close to downtown and the lakefront. Restaurant on the ground floor.

I always choose Kinn Guesthouse in Bay View when I visit Milwaukee. It’s not only a great location but is such a cool place and the rooms are spacious and beautiful. There is also a common area that you can hang out in that is so convenient with many great amenities! You can even play your own music through their Sonia system! I highly recommend!!

We visited our daughter in Milwaukee and stayed at Kinn. We have stayed there previously and have enjoyed every visit. The staff is very accommodating. Great experience.

I had a great stay. Room was good. No closet but there are ample hooks by door if you needs to hang things. Don’t forget hangers! Common area was very nice. Better than my house! Parking in rear has enough space for count of rooms. Not enough space if people park stupid. I had a few questions while there and my texts were answered with lightening speed. My only complaint is my own fault and that is that I did not book the lone handicapped accessible room. At my age and that I live in a ranch house, I did not account for the two flights of very long stairs to get upstairs. Next time I’m getting the lone lower floor room that has its own kitchen. The neighborhood is fantastic. It’s also convenient to lots of cool places, especially the Bronze Fonz only ten minute drive. Loved it all!

Stayed one night for quick getaway. Was perfect. Easy to find. Easy check in. Room is awesome. Plenty of space. Quiet. Well appointed. Great space. Common area kitchen is awesome too. Owner was great to work with. Hope to stay here again soon.

Everything was stunning! From the cool artwork to the comfy beds to the swanky contemporary vibe. Good communication about entry, resources, and checking out. We will definitely be back!

Arrived in dark and left in dark. Location perfect for catching Lake Michigan ferry at 5:00 AM. Staff available by phone so solved parking problem. Room just right. Loved the noisy old stairs. Sorry we weren’t there to try dining.

Loved how spacious the room was, the modern bathroom, and the art work on the walls. Access to the building and to my room by entering a code was very efficient. And loved the neighborhood for how close it is to Honeypie, a short walk to Collectivo, and a worthwhile walk to the giant Humboldt Park. I plan to try the Kinn Guest House in the Third Ward next time I'm in Milwaukee.

Was fortunate to spend a couple of nights are and my initial impression of is awesome. This place is an introvert’s dream. Love the location. I will definitely be back
