Since the pandemic, I've been on the search for relatively empty but attractive outdoor spaces for myself and my family. Cassidy road Park is perfect for this. The large oak trees are beautiful but there's plenty of space to spread out, have a picnic and run around. If you walk across the levee to the far side of the lake, you will find a nice meadow, where I saw a juvenile deer yesterday. The only drawback is no bathrooms, but I think that helps make it a little more secluded.

Trying to figure out why the community doesn't use this park more often..very beautiful spacious and well kept. The animal life thrives there and fishing is a blast!
