Life Storage - Milwaukee

The new store manager Clay is amazing! He is very knowledgeable and has great customer service. I hope he sticks around. The facility is cleaner then it has been in months.

0000a0We just made our first trip to the Life Storage facility on east Capitol Drive and we are quite happy. The access was easy, the person at the reception desk was very pleasant and helpful, and the unit we rented was clean and ready for us.

This facility is great. They are very helpful and very nice. I have had nothing but good experiences here.

I just want to let everybody know that the manager Jeremy Frischmann @532 East Capitol Drive in Milwaukee is the best! He is professional and went above and beyond my expectations to make sure that I have the perfect storage and all my needs were met. If you have any reservations about renting a storage see Jeremy he is AWESOME!!!

The five stars are for Jeremy, the manager at East Capitol Drive. He has been short staffed for weeks, working hard under unreasonable pressure, yet has kept up a heroic level of care and attention for all he has been serving. Helpful to towards my needs for information and service, and from my observation, in an often crowded reception area (and with phone calls coming in, too), he has treated all with care and diligence.

I luv how he a peoples person always smiling n very helpful no matter what.

Exactly place a good place to storage your things for a very reasonable price I have been renting through them for years and never had any problems

such a hard and dedicated worker and keeps the place clean and just seems to go out of his way to help people and to be patient with their circumstances. The company is lucky to have him there!

Brittany was extremely helpful. I looked at my unit and realized it was too small, despite what your online people told me. She showed me various units and helped me upgrade. Another man had the same issue and she helped both of us. She was very friendly, as well. She deserves a raise for the up-sells!!!!

Mia, one of the staff members at this location was very professional, prompt and went out of her way to accommodate me. I was coming in for a storage and she assisted me right away. I came back the same week, and she assisted me to get another storage for my move. I highly recommended this location. The service was stellar.
