Honestly this was some of the best McDonald's that we have had in a long time. No exaggeration the burgers looked exactly like the commercial, the food was hot, the fries were crispy. The staff is always cool. Thanks for a fantastic meal. We truly wanted to tip your staff working the close shift on 2/22/24 however we couldn't decide how to do it because of the number of employees. We know it takes a full staff, and each person doing their part properly in order to provided the top notch service that we received. Therefore we decided that we would give you guys the best review possible, and continue to bring our business to you every time we get a McD's craving!!! Good thing we live close! Thank you again!!!

Great location! In the past 8 months that I've lived here, I've been to this Mcdonalds quite a few times and they have been great! Only once did they mess up my order and they resolved the issue quickly and to my satisfaction. They keep it clean inside and service is fast too.

Can't rate the atmosphere as I only use the drive thru. Food is always fresh, they have never messed up an order, and the drive-thru employees are friendly and courteous.

Long line but service and food were great.

Staff was very polite and respectful. My order was a little comicated but they got right the first time and with 4 different very picky eaters in my bunch that is a miracle in itself it usually takes at least twice for other places to get it correct. BEST MCDONALD'S I'VE BEEN TO IN A LONG TIME

Decan and Juila gave wonderful service in the dri e through. They were both very pleasant and helped to make sure our order was right.

Had breakfast and it was Fresh and hot this particular Micky D's is so good they always run out of orange juice in the morning the line is so long.

This particular McDonald's in Princess Anne, Maryland was by far the very best 1 i have visited! The staff was amazing! The customers were friendly and regulars! The restaurant was clean, and the bathrooms smelled good and were as clean as a clean persons home! I almost sat on the toilet! Lol! The staff even served food in the dining room as well as offered and refilled coffee! Their guests were really catered to!

Went through the drive thru. Service was awesome. Food was fixed quickly with no wait.

Miones' is a staple in West Ocean City. The staff is very pleasant, and we have never had food that was even just okay. It's always super good! They have some things that are a little different with pizza which is a nice change. Their meat pie is fabulous! They also have a couple of white pizzas which we love also. We live in Salisbury and go to West Ocean City frequently usually make a stop there. Oh yeah my husband said don't forget to say the spaghetti dinner there is a great deal and delicious!

I brought my client there for lunch. She loved the cafe feel and the comfortable seating. We lingered for nearly an hour and a half because she was enjoying the outing so much.

Big improvement from last year staff was great and fast and got our order right.

I originally wrote a bad review on poor customer service about two months ago...... since then, I can say management stepped it up with making their employees respect customers more and now when my fav drink gets made, I always ask for Little B, his name is Byron( don’t know if that’s spelled right). He has always showed respect when I come in after tasting my drink and it’s not made with the extras I like and has no problem remaking my drink ( which is right to perfection) and he’s really polite about me asking him to stop what he is doing to make my drinks!!! If you want a coffee drink with extras, always ask for Little B, he’s my coffee expert and always brings fresh food for the wait!!! I’ll come here every day for my coffee!!!
UPDATE: I have been here everyday and for some reason there is a certain shift that never trains their employers on coffee drinks and will sit and argue that they made it correct to the point my husband just wanted his money back and it caused an argument!!! Way to go McDonald’s!!!! I was there from 430 to almost 5pm over them not knowing how to make two coffee drinks! When three employers look at you like your speaking Chinese and you have to ask for a manager and mind you I started in the drive through and ended up inside anyways! Worst management I’ve ever seen!!!! Train your workers on drinks or don’t advertise that you can make coffee drinks!!! False Advertising when you don’t train employees!!! I’m not giving this McDonald’s another dollar now count up that 5$ drink for 365 days and see the money that will go somewhere else and that’s not including the meals I would buy with it!! Not one more cent!!!

Just left here getting some food threw the drive through an the foods was ON POINT!!!! It was so hot an fresh that the bag was even hot!!💯💯 Great job you guys a gals👍🏾

McDonald's Coffee. We had stopped for a breakfast sandwich at Princess Ann, DE on Rt 13. I never get coffee at fast food restaurants or Wawa's, or places on the road when we travel. Today, we all had coffee and Splenda was available. The coffee was the best I had tasted compared to my homemade. I was very surprised and satisfied.

Great place. Clean. Drive-through experience is excellent!
