I'd give more stars if I could. Dr. Kim and Dr. Lentz are fantastic dentists, and all of the staff in the office are excellent. The team who work with billing and appointments are awesome; they know so much about insurance, and we always get an estimate before procedures. The dental hygienists are great too! Everyone is friendly and helpful. I fully recommend Dr. Lentz and Dr. Kim! They are the best.

Dr. Kims office is always filled with three things:
1. Clean environment with state of the art machinery.
2. Staff that is competent and pleasant. Always timely. Multiple options before, during and after to ensure an oral hygiene experience tailored made to fit the individual needs of each patient.
3. Ideas and activities to add value to our
Community outside of the dentist office.

I have been going to Dr. Michael Kim now for over 5 years now. Him and his staff are amazing! They all are so welcoming and make me feel comfortable every time I come in.
Dr. Kim explains everything and makes sure you understand what the plan is. He is honest and truly cares about his patients and only wants the best for them. He just makes you feel comfortable every step of the process.
I recently got some work done and he personally called later that day to ask how I was doing/feeling. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an amazing dentist!!!!

Dr. Kim is the best, hands down. We just moved back after 13 years. Automatically, I thought I had great previous results with him. They got me in ASAP because issues I am having. The work up the staff did was outstanding and professional. What more could you want with a dental office. Dr. Kim then saw me after the X-rays were done and immediately set up an appointment fast so we could discuss together my options, my concerns, and my trust with him. The staff, the Dentists are infact professional first, excellent listeners, and striving to put together a dental plan that works for me. You do see this type of service at the other offices. Do I recommend him and his staff? YES and so should you after seeing him.

I have been seeing Dr. Kim for 2 years. Service I received ranged from routine cleaning and X-rays to filling replacement to a crown. I have been satisfied with the work done and the concern for my comfort by the staff. I also appreciate the written cost estimate provided before agreeing to the procedure.

Dr Michael Kim is a long-standing professional in the Mequon area. I have been going to him for many years. His offices are always clean and his staff is always pleasant and professional. He is maliciously detailed not wanting anything getting past him. I have never had anyone take more pictures and e-rays of my teeth and mouth. Also, his hygienist Mindy is the gentlest hygienist I have ever had clean and polish my teeth. From now on, she is the only one that will clean my teeth. (PS: Mike, she needs a raise!)

Couldn't be any happier with my son's visit to the dentist yesterday. Dr. Lentz and Kim were very patient with my boy and managed to get him to open up his mouth to get some cleaning done. They distracted him with a cartoon on the overhead tv and Kim gave my son a toy for being a good boy at the end of the visit. I highly recommend Dr. Kim's practice for anyone looking for a good dentist. The whole office is very friendly and nice.

Dr. Kim was thoughtful and very through for my hell hole of a mouth. He was truthful and compassionate at the same time. I couldn't recommend any denist more than Dr. Mike Kim.

I am very impressed with the staff at Dr. Kim's office. As busy as Shirley is, she is always pleasant. Mindie did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Shela is always thorough. Dr. Lentz did a phenomenal job with my crown. They work as a team!

I chipped my filling and needed an emergency repair. I do not do well with dentists. I have an overwhelming anxiety about going I read great things about Dr. Kim. They got me in there immediately like within 15 minutes. Dr. Kim was awesome was the best dental experience I’ve ever had absolutely no pain with the filling will be going back anytime. I have a tooth issue.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kim's since the beginning of his practice. I trust him immensely. He has excellent staff. Everyone makes you feel comfortable. No fears here. Hopefully, more people who ignore their dental hygiene (for whatever reason) would find someone like Dr. Kim to change their minds.

Dr Kim and staff always make you feel comfortable even though your mouth is open for an hour! I’ve never been disappointed! I will not go anywhere else for dental procedures and advice. Everyone in the office works so well together!

We chose Dr. Kim about 28 years ago and couldn’t be happier about this decision. He has provided great dental care services as well as caring about our overall health as well. Both of our children started seeing Dr. Kim as soon as recommended as toddlers and both have always had a positive experience and never feared seeing the dentist!
