We had a fine time at the new Biggby Coffee in Franklin. The mango drink and frozen caramel latte are 💥 and Bragel breakfast sandwich was delicious. It was packed. Joyful for these two local entrepreneurs on this fantastic business venture. Mando says two paws up. #thisistheway 👌🙌

Allow me to tell YOU about Biggby Coffee. Alright, so I swung by here to get an iced coffee after a much-needed Target run (y'know, like you do). I went through the drive thru and scanned the menu until I noticed the Wednesday special: buy a 24 oz coffee and get a free bragel sandwich! Did I need that much coffee? Probably not. Was I hungry? No. Did I purchase the Wednesday special? Heck yeah, and it was the farthest thing from regret. I ordered an iced golden latte and a ham and cheese bragel. The staff member at the window was super friendly! I took a sip and a bite on my way out and IMMEDIATELY had to pull over and just take a moment to appreciate the hidden gem of Biggby Coffee. Whoever's idea it was to put turmeric in coffee deserves a raise. The bragel was oozing with cheeses and overall was a decent sized sandwich. I have photographed both items to engage your salivation senses. Thanks, Biggby Coffee! Can't wait to be back!

I am a regular at this location. I work a part-time job very nearby and often will pop in for a caffeinated drink on grocery, salon or Target runs, as well. They are always friendly. As a former barista, I do enjoy the quick service and friendly interactions I've had with the crew. Check out their daily specials on your way in!

First time going, the staff was very nice and helpful. In particular the man who took my order. This is not something that you see everywhere now a days and was a great experience. Everything I ordered was a 10/10 will be back!

Amazing place for not only an excellent cup of joe but tea and other beverages They have Great quick bites like bagels, sandwiches, muffins, donut holes and delicious cookies. Got some nice Biggby cups for myself and family that we all use now and when we visit Biggby Daily and a Great Biggby Thanks to the crew who makes the Biggby experience amazing every visit.

Friendly, fast team. Great drinks...Try the Chunkin. You will never be disappointed when you go to this Biggby Coffee.

My new favorite coffee house! I'm a flavored latte fan and they have a huge menu of lattes. I adore the caramel mellow latte the most so far. I can’t wait to try their seasonal lavender flavored lattes. Their bagel sandwiches are also very tasty. Plus, 5 macarons for $5!

This place was really good! I tried their Caramel Marvel and one of their Bragels, both of which were incredibly delicious. My aunt and sister also got some different drinks and food, which they also enjoyed. The employees here were super nice and very quick. For three of us, it was pretty good, at least $23 for all of us. I’d highly recommend coming here.

New favorite go to, especially on Wednesdays! You just can’t beat a free Bragel with your drink order. There’s a special for every day of the week, staff is always kind & give the impression that they enjoy working there!

Today my husband was unsure of what to order, he asked for a surprise drink & the ladies were over-joyed with this request. They went with a “Scotchie” (butterscotch & marshmallow), and of course like all of their drinks, was delicious!

Went through the drive thru and ordered an iced snickerdoodle latte and a banana berry smoothie. My boyfriend LOVED his latte and my smoothie was delicious. We will definitely coming back! Was their opening day and you could tell they were very busy! staff was extremely friendly and thanked me for waiting. It was understandable given it was their grand opening and how busy they were! Cannot wait to order again and try more items.

I was in the neighborhood and wanted to try this place. This is the best "Teddy Bear" frozen latte drink that I've ever had!

I would like to to take the opportunity to thank Biggby. It’s not everyday that you walk into a new coffee shop and find out that not only does the Java taste great but the staff are friendly, upbeat, and don’t seem like they need a triple shot just to be nice. Differentiation is difficult in a market so saturated and it appears that they have been able to go above and beyond to do so by creating that customer experience we all yearn for in our busy lives. Once again thank you and best of luck in your business, even though you’re already on point!

I stopped by on their first day open to try out the new spot, had a Raspberry Zinger and it was DELICIOUS. They were clearly slammed being the first day open and still turned my drink around in good time. Love to see the new business in this empty spot start bringing traffic to the area. Congrats on the opening and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This place is fantastic! Great tasting coffee and a lovely selection of tea. The service was exceptional and the menu has a bit of everything for everyone. I enjoyed the ambiance as well. Go try it! This might just become your new favorite coffee shop.
