I have been a customer of Brooks Office since they were located on Lauren’s Road before they moved to their new space. Everything is the same but just a bigger place and more equipment and office decor to look through. I didn’t realize how close my job was to the new space and have driven past it many times without realizing. I was in need of a new office chair for my workplace and did not want the hassle of having to put one together or break the bank even if my employer was reimbursing me. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They are not overbearing when you are trying to shop and think in peace. The staff greets you when you come in and ask if you have ever been there. Which I have, so they just reinstate where I could find chairs if I was looking for used and where the new area was. I like that they allowed me to walk around and try as many chairs as I wanted and only checked on me periodically as I am an indecisive shopper 😊. I didn’t make a decision the first day as I needed to go back to my office to see the space again to ensure I chose the right color. I came back the following weekend and they welcomed me back. I selected a chair that day that was new and already assembled so they told me I was welcome to have the chair delivered or take with me today. I opted to take with me and I love my new chair. Highly recommend! I purchased a desk here over 10 years ago and had a fantastic experience. Today, the Friday before Christmas, I needed a desk for our office. I checked online, and the hours were posted until 5pm. I arrived around 3:30pm and was met by a few employees leaving. As I approached the door, I hesitated to enter, but one employee ushered me in. I let them know I could come back if they were closing, but they insisted I come in to look around. Since I knew what I was seeking, we went inside. I found what I wanted. It was purchased and loaded in my vehicle in under 20 minutes. They were all very helpful even though I kept them later than they had planned. I will only shop Brooks for office items from now on.

I bought a desk a few months ago for my wife to work from home. This was a standing desk. They had great prices and worked with me on delivery and set up. It was such a great deal i ended up going back and getting another one for myself. They have a great selection and you get to see what you are buying. You are not just looking at a book. Awesome customer service!! Called in told the lady what desk I was looking for, they had it in stock, paid over the phone and my desk was delivered to my office that within 4 days. I was expecting to have to wait at least a week! Definitely exceeded my expectations!! Desk was delivered in perfect condition, guys made sure all drawers were working properly before leaving. And then today, a lady from the store called to follow up and see how everything went with the delivery and if I was loving my new desk! We will definitely be a repeat customer for all of out office furniture needs!!!

The whole team at Brooks Office Equipment was wonderful to work with as we set up a new office location here in Greenville. We ended up doing a mix of some used furniture in excellent condition that we found in their warehouse, as well as ordering some new furniture through a supplier they use.
