My agents Kevin and Mary are fantastic. I tend to work directly with Mary Perantoni more often though. She is so professional and friendly to work with. Today I was looking to purchase a new vehicle so I wanted to send over information to Mary to a premium quote. She sent me an email within a half hour. I didn’t expect to hear from her until Monday since it was so late in the day. I followed up with a phone call to ask a quick question and to thank her for her assistance. I’ve been with State Farm for at least 10 years and I’ve never been happier.

Always prompt, professional, friendly, and honest with us. We recently moved out of the area but are choosing to stay with Kevin Grall as our agent because the entire office has been so great to work with. I would highly recommend getting a quote or switching to this office if you are looking for a team that listens to you, gives you options and advice, answers all of your questions, and is always available and ready to help. Once again, I can not say enough good things about Kevin and his team. Especially Mary, a couple of times I have received notices about rate increases and I contacted Mary. She not only was able to stop the rate increases but, was able to get me a refund on my policy premium.
Also one time I forgot to pay a premium and they took the time to contact me, to make sure everything was ok and I was able to pay the premium without any interuption in coverage. Now that's customer service like things used to be and should be.

Kevin and State Farm have been my insurance provider for probably 15 years or more. I have numerous vehicles between my family daily drivers, collector cars, boats, motorcycles, you name it usually around ten vehicles insured at any given time plus my homework. State Farm has the best prices around by far on the specialty vehicles way cheaper than Haggerty or Grundy. However the main reason I continue to insure with Kevin and State Farm is the customer service. I have had several claims over the years and they were always handled with no hassle whatsoever and to a fair resolution. I frequently make changes to vehicles and coverage and Kevin's office is always friendly and take a care of whatever I need. I cannot give enough stars I my recommendation, especially if you have toys or collector cars.

Kevin and his staff have always been extremely responsive and always go above and beyond with any requests I have. I've been working with Kevin for a very long time. It's great knowing I can trust him to help me quickly pick the right policy for my situation.
