When looking for an Ebike we went to all the bike shops in town to test ride.This shop won hands down for Customer service and Prices. No other shops were as friendly , kind and helpful as these guys. And their prices were hundreds of dollars cheaper and the quality of bikes were better.

I need to take a moment and brag on this bike shop and this crew. I recently purchased a 2020 Scott Addict RC 15. Not only it is a beautiful bike, the experience and service were phenomenal. This is the second bike I've purchased from Bicycle Outlet. The first being a Lauf True Grit gravel bike, also an amazing bike.
The entire team at BO always go above and beyond. I've not only experienced it personally, but I've also witnessed it time and time again with other customers in the shop.
Tim, Tyler, Austin and Stu...they are cycling Rock Stars all around!

I have gone to bicycle outlet for a couple of years now. I am a single mom that is trying to keep a herd of bikes going for my own sons and for others to ride with me. They have always bent over backwards to take care of me and my bikes, and we were finally able to buy a new bike for one of my sons And so we bought it from them. If you need a bike shop that cares about you and cares about your bike, they are the bike shop to go to. I feel like I can trust them to only do what is needed and not try to sell me a whole new bike or redo a whole old bike that I can't afford to redo. Thank you for all you have done and do for me!

This shop is amazing! Treated my son with so much respect when showing him bikes even though they knew we weren’t there to buy. Then took my old road bike in for tubes and a tube up and cost less than 1/2 what another shop quoted me ❤ they have 100% EARNED a new customer for life!!!!!!

This is by far one of the best bike sop in the area i've visited. I recently purchased a Scott road bike from them. Tim and the guys took great care to ensure everything fit perfectly. Outstanding service and service after the sale.

I typically don’t take time to write Google reviews, but Bicycle Outlet has gone above and beyond to provide me with great service, and I feel like I should let others know. I’m not someone who hangs around the bike shop and I’m no bike expert. My guess is that Tim and the team wouldn’t be able to pick me out of a line up. But that hasn’t stopped them from providing me with great service. I’ve taken my bike in a few times since I’ve owned it, and they have always been friendly and engaging. They even allowed me to borrow a back wheel while mine is being warrantied out, so I could take my bike on vacation. Tim and his team take care of their customers and are invoked in making the community a better place. I highly recommend them.

This is the best bike shop in Springfield because of their highly skilled and knowledgable staff! The owner is very fair and honest. As head coach of Drury University'sTriathlon team, we exclusively bring our bikes to Bicycle Outlet because we can trust their mechanics to get our bikes race ready. Highly recommend for bike service or purchasing a new bike!

Great people, great prices, great products. Been shopping here for years. Tim is a wonderful guy. He obviously has to make money because he runs a business but he keep prices significantly lower than anywhere else I have been for one reason. He loves biking and wants to help you get out there and have fun!

He has never tried to over sell anything. He’s honest and will make sure you are properly equipped for whatever type of riding you want to do.

I send all my friends here and buy new. I’m the guy that can’t stand to buy a new car and I’m saying that because I have gotten literally the value of my entire purchase in free tuneups. If you are new to biking you can have the best bike in the world, but it still needs to be taken care of. They can save you the time of learning it all on your own, or if you stick around they have shown me a thing or two and i can now do most basic stuff on my own.

Tim and Kelso are extremely knowledgeable about bicycles and very nice to do business with. The prices were the lowest that I found and very good service. We bought 2 e dash e bikes and love them.

I bought my first bike in over 30 years. Since the gyms closed down, I wanted something that would keep me going. I went in to speak with the team at Bicycle Outlet and was very impressed. There was no high pressure to buy. They listened to what I wanted and helped me choose a decent bike for my needs. I ended up with a Cannondale road bike. It's not the highest end bike but it meets my needs easily. I've brought it in twice to ask questions and buy accessories and they are the best people to work with. Great mechanics and knowledgeable staff. I'll keep coming back for sure.

The people are amazingly friendly and honest. Tim didn't rush me to make any decisions and took a lot of time explaining the nuances of each bike for me (a beginner). I found the perfect bike and it was an incredible deal too. Other places were selling the same bike for LOTS more. I love my new bike, the experience at the store, and will be returning for any of my cycling needs.

Great staff and always very helpful. They have great products and awesome mechanics. Fair price and outstanding service. They sell new and used bikes and will take trade-ins. Don't expect to make great money on the trade-ins, but they do need to make a little money.

Really friendly people. Tim and Joe were patient with a novice like me and took time to ask questions about my biking needs and suggested bikes (and this is important), within my price range. They did not try to push me to go over my budget. And when I finally decided to get one, they gave me a great discount on it too. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a bicycle. P.S. They also have used bikes.

Needed a repair on my bike. They took it right then and it was fixed quickly and I felt the price was more than fair. The staff including Tim were more than friendly and hospitable. I highly recommend this place. You've gained another customer.

I have bought two bikes from bicycle outlet, and been in the shop for numerous other things. Their customer service goes above and beyond whether you’re just getting started with cycling or your a seasoned pro. It feels like a family when you walk into the shop. I will never buy a bike from anywhere else. They are the absolute best shop in town.

My wife and I bought two bikes from Brian this week and our experience couldn’t have been better. He was extremely patient with our questions and did a great job with hands on demonstration, as well as being friendly the entire time.

I had a rear wheel with a finicky/busted hub. They tried getting in touch with the manufacturer of this wheel hub to get specifications so we could possibly salvage the hub but the manufacturer never responded so instead I asked them to replace the hub entirely doing a complete wheel rebuild. They did a quick, professional job and at a very affordable price. I would recommend this bike shop for sure!
