I would like to say that Leah K. quickly responds in a prompt manner to any questions I may have regarding any issues that may arise with Vehicle Assurance customers and gets them resolved. She’s always very pleasant and polite.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! You have been warned. I'm tired of then sending my mom letters, attempting to trick her that her current, legit vehicle warranty price is increasing, and that she should contact them for a lower rate. These people should be investigated and made to pay customers back whom they've scammed.

Junk mail sender for vehicle coverage. This company takes public data and turns it into fear mongering with phrases like "IMMEDIATE RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE IS REQUIRED" and No longer eligible..." With a date two weeks away. These kinds of solicitations should not be legal. Shame on the owner of this company.

They keep sending their scam letters to my deceased family member who has been gone for 5 years, we have told them multiple times to stop but we keep getting them.

This is a scam. Full stop. If you are considering sending these people money, think again. They send dishonest mailers to try and convince you that you already have a plan with them; you don't. It's a lie to scare you into sending them money. They don't have any real product: they likely won't honor any claims you make, as the fine print renders coverage nonexistent.

Nothing but a scam trying to scare my 85 year old mother.

I find it interesting that they keep sending me mail listing a vehicle that I have not owned for 2 years. I hope they are paying for whatever list they get this info from. Regardless, extended car warranties are a scam. You would be better off putting your money in a savings account. If you don't need it for repairs, you've got a down payment for your next vehicle.

Scam, if you're looking into this from any letter you got for it, ITS A SCAM. I already knew it was as soon as I got it but I don't want anyone to fall for this garbage. If anything call the number and troll them hardcore. But don't fall for the scam.

I bought my vehicle used and never ever had an extended warranty on it. Do believe these folks may be operating under delusions of grandeur. It's serviced by American Auto Shield, as seen on tv. Know all about the products tv ads sell.

Standard scam.
Letter with:
-address google searched
-price increase threat
-official looking
-deadline approaching rapidly
-no address
-no website

Run Forrest, run.

Scammers. They use misleading mail to try to manipulate you into thinking they are a part of your vehicle’s manufacturer and that the current agreement you have is changing unless you contact them to renew.(what you’d actually be doing is buying a service plan from an unrelated company). There are ethical ways to show the value this service could provides, but they instead try to trick you. Imagine how else they’d try to hustle you if you get a plan with them.

I would give a 0 zero if I could. My bumper to bumper coverage only covered about $565 out of a $6783 of repair work. Parts that will brake are NOT covered and if it might brake not covered

They will take your money and deny your claim. Then give less than half your money back when you ask for a refund. Total rip off. They should be close down

They sent me one of those letters claiming that my contract needs to be extended.
I HAVE NO SUCH CONTRACT.

SCAM! Do not give this company your money. They will keep your money and not pay for your car to be fixed. They should be shut DOWN!
