Finally I went into the dealership in Platte City just to see if the truck I was looking at online was as nice as it looked in the pictures (most times it is not). To my surprise, it was better than I expected. Additionally, working with the owner (Brian) was absolutely one of the best experiences I've ever had with a car dealership. He worked with me like we were friends and gave me the best deal he could have possibly given me. VERY satisfied with the whole experience and now we have a really nice truck at a price we could afford. You will not be sorry if you take the time to go out and visit these folks.

Brian is Awesome!! Helped all the way, very fast with the application process. Made an appointment to come in same day i got approved and looked at the truck wanted to see and get.. test drive and signed the papers. Didnt feel like i got the run around like dealerships; this was quick, efficient, and felt like friends. I would recommend to anyone and also come back for another truck. Brian and his team at A&S Auto are second to none. They sell quality vehicles at no pressure to the potential buyer. They were especially graceful to me when I lost the original title during my household goods move when I left Fort Leavenworth. Brian was able to obtain a new title and mail it to my new location very quickly, and at no extra charge. This courtesy normally carries with it a hefty price, however, Brian didn't charge me a dime. If you looking for a good quality, custom used pick-up truck and a great service team, I recommend you check out A&S Auto. They won't disappoint!

Worked with A&S on buying my truck outright. They gave me the highest offer and explained exactly where the offer came from. I knew where the auction market was on my truck and after getting offered way below that for a great truck in this crazy market, it was awesome to finally sit down with someone who was willing to look at the current value and the time frame they would have to have the truck before it would sell. Was a straight shooter no hassle experience and I’d gladly do it again.

I got a good one from these guys! Buying used vehicles has some inherent risks but I felt like they shot me straight and treated me well. They were very thorough in repairing a small problem with the truck before I took delivery and it hasn't give me a bit of trouble since. Will definitely buy here again in the future.

I had the BEST experience possible with the team at A&S. I was lucky enough to be the first person to arrive to look at a beautiful Ford F450. While I was there trying to secure financing, several people tried to buy it out from under me, but the guys stood behind me until the deal was closed. They could have easily sold it while I was waiting for the bank. This is the only place I will go to buy a used truck from now on.

This was by far the best place I've ever purchased a vehicle. Bryan, Steven, and Tom were all very polite, personable, NOT pushy, and HONEST. Yes, honesty. Makes all other dealers look bad. In addition, they don't have any hidden BS fees that other dealerships have. No admin fee, delivery fee, etc.

I just bought a 2017 Volkswagon from Tom at A & S Auto. Tom was easy to work with and very personable. There was a small problem with the passenger window which they fixed immediately. As we were finishing the paper work I discovered there was only one key. Steve the owner contacted the previous owner to see if they had another key, they didn't. Steve checked out every option available to get one and we split the cost. I thought that was very fair of him to do that. I highly recommend A & S Auto & Truck Sales.
