Red Dragon II

Always good food here. I've been eating here since I was a teenager. Moved to vegas for 5 years and just ate here yesterday. I was surprised when the waitress remembered me. We had the sweet and sour pork and chicken with lo me in and white rice with the beef and broccoli. The horse radish was delicious. Everything in the restaurant was kept clean and decorated very nicely. Can't wait to come back!

Just to be fair, I haven't eaten in, but they make great food. The restaurant is a nice and quaint place I would definitely eat in, but I'm usually right off the plane headed to my hotel room a little later, so I have to get it to go. If I go earlier, I'll eat in. Staff is nice and friendly. And nice clean restaurant. Try the egg foo young or any fried rice. I'll definitely be back and will update with any other dishes I try.
Of your around the area try it, you won't be disappointed. I love Midwest Chinese food and Red Dragon does it right.

A Wonderful Restaurant! Great Atmosphere, Great, Delicious Food & Fast Service! All Food is priced right aswell...very affordable. The owner (I think), was very sweet & nice. The restaurant is an A+!! I also want to add, that there is absolutely nothing bad or distasteful about this establishment. They have great customer service and care about the service they give! We will for sure be back for future lunches & dinners here, when traveling through. It also is a great place for what ever occasion or event you are celebrating with your family or friends. Thumbs Up Here👍👍

You can tell it has a homemade taste.
No preservatives or strong/ fake flavors like 99% of every restaurant in America…
That alone would make anyone who tries to eat healthy food come back.
I haven’t been to China but somehow that food tastes pretty authentic to the point I felt that’s how Chinese eat their meals! Soup is thick and rice is very good!

Excellent food. Not over saucy like most Chinese food. Steamed rice wasn't all stuck together.

Got 4 different plates all were great! Lo mein was probably the best I’ve ever had, very flavorful! Egg drop soup was very good too. Very friendly staff!

I have been eating here since I was in the first or second grade. It's still one of my favorites. Even though I think they switched hands recently. I was doordashing in Platte City making a little extra money, and had to stop by before I left. 🤍 General TSO chicken,and crab Rangoons 😋😋😋. I could probably eat that everyday. And I met Mindy the lady at the counter, she is super nice and helpful.

We love this restaurant and gave it 5 stars due to the nice people and usually good food. But this last visit, one dish was almost inedible. #22 beef in orange sauce. There was hardly a chewable bite. Tough, grissley, fatty, stringy. Large chunks of some poor cut of beef We were tired from a 10 hour car ride and didn’t point it out to the staff. We should have. As leftovers it was even tougher. We will come back. We just won’t order #22.

The staff is very nice and welcoming. The food was great and nicely priced. I come here around every year and it is always tasty. When it came time to leave, they helped us pack up our extra food because the portions were really big. A nice place not very well known but definitely needs to be. Hidden gem in its finest😊

Absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh and full of flavor. The service was fantastic. Not to mention, it was very inexpensive. I had cashew chicken and my husband had garlic pork.

Food was very good and you get a lot of food

My wife and I went for our second visit. The service is impeccable! The ambiance is soothing, serene and welcoming. The food is astoundingly good! Certainly a gem in a city with VERY limited good food. The food is beyond good!

STOP, STOP, WARNING WARNING!
Do not ever eat here. We were so excited to try a new place and got three orders of food and three orders of crab ragoon. We eat Chinese on the regular and the Kung Pao chicken was do bad we couldnt eat it. It literally smelt foul, so bad it made our hands stink touching it. Before we realized, as much we had took a few bites and regret it. Our stomaches are rolling. I called repeatedly. They wanted us to drive back in with the food 40 min there and back to get a refund. It was closeing time so the lady said someone will call you back and hung up on me several times. Because of the principle and how putrid this food was and the fact we spent nearly $50 i will be hand delivering there nasty food first thing tommorrow when they open. Hortible do not eat there!

Dinner at Red. Dragon II was great. Shared lemon chicken and sesame chicken — both large portions and both delicious. The service was terrific. Anyone passing through this charming charming town north of KC should try it.
