Ascension St. Francis Hospital

This is a great place for great care by doctors who care. Thier urgent care is also great. You get seen quickly. Although it will take a while with getting results in so they get take care of you and release you.

I had my daughter Sarah there 45 years ago on March 18th. I was just there again helping a friend get psychological help for his dementia.

Shoutout to Paramedic Antonio, Nurse Bria, & Doctor Weber. All made me feel better and comfortable while I felt at my worst. Amazing medical professionals. Thanks again for your help.

I had an excellent experience with the mammogram department. I would recommend.

Dr. Kaftan is a wonderful doctor who always makes me feel comfortable. He listens to me and understands my concerns. He addressed all of my needs and doesn’t try to make me come in to see him more than necessary,

The front staff arw just great! Respectful but friendly. As for Michael Cain, he is outstanding, kind, respectful, and is extremely knowledgeable. I feel great peace after meeting with him!

I met with Dr. Lanzrotti and his team. I like his bedside manner. He is focused, relaxed, and explains a plan of action with confidence. His assistants are great as well.

Dr Lanzarotti's Nurse Practioner, Kat, is a jewel. A perfect blend of knowledge, professionalism and compassion. To be able to discuss health issues with a medical professional and not be made to feel rushed, to have your every quesion and concern answered and addressed is invaluable, and rare in today's world.

Shanda in the lab is the BEST at drawing blood! I am a hard stick and she gets it the 1st time. And she's very personable!! Please give her recognition!

My dad was rushed to the emergency room Today which is Sunday, February 9th 4:20pm. He had some severe conditions and with some of the negative reviews I was actually very leery about him going to Saint Francis Hospital, however I am giving them a five star rating because the nurses took care of him extremely fast and he was diagnosed with his illnesses within the hour which in my opinion is very fast especially for a Sunday! The doctor was very friendly, direct and to the point. They took all of his information and treated my father with great success, if not for their fast actions my father could have been dead. I applaud the nurses that treated my father what amazing and caring people. The ER doctor that was there on call did a fantastic job!! Thank you to the exceptional nurses, doctors and the front desk as well for a great experience and thank you for saving my fathers life!!

Dr. Kumar and his staff are such personable people. They are attentive, thorough and engaging. I enjoy coming to see Dr. Kumar, he is assuring and shows he truly cares.

I was scared to come at first with reading all these negative reviews, but I just gave labor && it was nothing like everyone was saying! They are the most attentive and caring nurses any momma could wish for! The Nursery nurses are so good to the babies as well. I felt so comfortable with the work environment. Would definitely recommend!

Dr. Arshad is very thorough. He takes time to go over all your test results with you and discusses your plan of care.

We walked into the emergency room and checked right in. No one else was there. The check in staff was fast and proficient. The medical team was thorough and accurate. We felt like celebrities due to the constant care. We live closer to two other hospitals but after reading the reviews it was obvious we had to give it a try. I recommend this ER to anyone who hates going to the eternal wait of emergence rooms.

I was very satisfied with my last visit to ascension with Dr. Lanzarotti. The staff wasl very pleasant. The nurses and Dr all explained everything if I had any questions. I would recommend them

Absolutely hands down the best experience Ive encountered. The nurses were exceptional, very kind, and patient. I am not the best patient. The NP and Drs were professional and knowledge and i truly felt like they cared about my health and well being. It is the only hospital that i would trust for my family and myself. Two ER visits and each time they went above and beyond.

Dr. Kumar and his staff are amazing, caring, and efficient. He is a fantastic cardiologist, and his bedside manner is superb.

I went to the new St. Francis Outpatient Center for a sleep study on June 15. It was my first time in the building and I was very impressed by how beautiful and clean the rooms in the Sleep Disorder Suite and the entire building are! I was also very pleased with the courtesy and knowledge of my sleep study tech. He was wonderful and I don't think a patient could ask for a nicer sleep disorder tech. Everybody I've met so far at Wheaton St. Francis is nice, by the way. All in all my experience during my stay was very pleasant! I wouldn't want to have a sleep study anywhere else, and I'd recommend it to anybody who needs a sleep study.

I have had no problems with this facility. Everyone was professional to me, my daughter, and my husband. I also had my daughter here last year and my labor and delivery went great (besides one lady that was one of my nurses) She seemed like she didn't want to be at work or maybe she was having a bad day. Everyone was great and respectful to my family.
