Platte County Circuit Court

Platte County Courthouse is a beautiful old building. The grounds are well kept with several well done monuments. The staff is extremely helpful. I appreciate the customer service.

I thought I forgot my wallet at the traffic clerk and I called to see if anyone had turned it in. The wallet wasn't found there but the sheriff that helped me over the phone was very caring and wasn't lazy about asking around to see if it was there (I realized after the call that I had my wallet that night when we went out to eat so it couldnt have been there anyway, but I appreciated the way the sheriff handled it and didn't just waive me off).

No phone number!? Why are there no phone numbers listed at all? I showed up for court after a couple inches of snow fell and no one else except other citizens who made it to court. Now I can't even find a single phone number to call. I'm going to have another warrant for my arrest because I don't have a car or any other way to contact anyone! Including the Public Defender?! Blocked me and hasn't answered since. What are we supposed to do if there's no one to contact?!?

This court house is under the impression they can LIE and conceal their employees identities. When told they’re being recorded they change their tone this is the most crooked county and the staff is incredibly unprofessional I’d be very concerned getting into a legal issue in this county. complaints will be filed and news channels will be contacted. You people are nauseating to be honest.

ZERO stars, had to give one to warn good people to stay out of Platte County. All these individuals care only about is filling up their own pockets. Your concerns and your safety is not included and they could care less about you. The officers are the typical bullies, they try to use the fear tactic to get their way. The judges in this county will try to intimidate you to get you to agree to what they want, they will ignore the law to meet their judgments.

SHADY dealings going on here when they refuse cel phones in your possession to enter the bulding.... the staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. The building is completely unorganized. You can get lost for days trying to find help here. When you do, they act like it's a major inconvenience for you to be speaking with them. Better off just paying an attorney to deal with these rude workers. PC- PLEASE vote these clowns out of office!

they make you wanna go off but real life you can’t and they do stop you for no reason told me i was speeding but got a thing for not using my blinker ??? while i was turing around he pulls the car over in a neighbor

The Platte County Prosecuter has violated Missouri's rules of professional and ethical conduct. This is what the Missouri Supreme Court has said. Stay out of Platte County.

WORSE AND RUDDEST ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. ITS NOT YOUR JOB TO ASK ME WHY I WOULD HAVE A WARRENT. JUST DO YOUR JOB AND LOOK IT UP! NOW I KNOW WHY I'VE HEARD HORRIBLE THINGS ABOUT PLATTE CITY!
