I had been shopping for beds for my two boys and visited other stores before coming to this one. When my wife and I came into the store we were greeted and helped by Jordan. Jordan went above and beyond helping us find what we were needing. He provided exceptional service! One of the best customer service experiences we have had in a long time.

My mom and I were shopping around for bedroom furniture for my grandmother when we "stumbled upon" The Bedroom Store online and decided to visit the Saint Peters location. Immediately after entering, we were greeted by Jordan, one of the friendliest, most gracious salesmen we've ever had the pleasure of meeting. He really did everything in his power to make us feel welcome and help us out of a bind; by this point we had exhausted our options in finding a local store that carried the bed frame my grandmother was looking for. Jordan patiently checked and re-checked and then re-checked again (lol) the inventory to make sure we were able to get the bed and mattress that caught our eye. He set up delivery for the desired date, and even offered to deliver it HIMSELF if their usual team wasn't available that day (he knew we needed it ASAP). Oh, and did I mention the delivery guy was nice and professional, too? Long story short (too late, I know), my grandmother is very pleased with her new bed and mattress from The Bedroom Store. We sincerely want to thank Jordan for such a pleasant shopping experience, and we hope all the good energy you exude will be returned to you and your family.

Dennis was the best!! He made us feel comfortable and at home, he showed us the best bed I’ve ever bought for my back. (Short story I’ve had several surgeries) I am genuinely excited for the delivery of this bed. Sleeping will be a whole new level of comfort and relaxation. Was greeted immediately with a warm welcome by Dennis. He was very patient with us as we tried every bed in the store about 30 times each. He was very knowledgeable, help point us in the right direction. The transaction was easy. There was no pressure to buy. Delivery was as expected. Very happy with my purchase.

All the sales people were excellent. Couldn't be happier! I worked mostly with Jeff at the Florissant Store. I also worked with Andy and Dennis in Saint Peter's. They answered all my questions. They made it possible to buy the bed of my dreams! Very reasonably priced and courteous sales people!

What can you say about Dennis the store manager that hasn’t already been said in other 5 star reviews? Dennis and I go way back to when i called him roughly 6 hours ago asking if they had plush beds. He indicated that he did and suggested I come try them out. I was tired from having been to half a dozen other disappointing stores with various levels of poor to adequate customer service. When I arrived around 5 hours ago Dennis was there to great meet me and already had what would turn out to be my purchased bed ready to show off. We laid on the bed ( me and my gf not me and dennis ) and we fell in love immediately ( again me and the gf not me and dennis ). Dennis did not try to upsell any items. But he made several great suggestions which led to us buying two pillows and a cooling mattress protector to go with our new bed.

In short if you are looking for a quality bed at a discount price with unbeatable customer service then go see Dennis in the Saint Peters location where they are open from 10-7 most days.

Kevin provided great service and advice on selecting a bedroom set and mattress that looks and feels great while staying within my budget. So I just purchased my second bedroom set from the St. Peter's location. I bought my first one about 8 years ago and returned because I love the style and durability.
I looked at the new discount store in town, but found the Bedroom Store had much better pricing on higher quality furniture.
I thought choosing a mattress seemed so overwhelming, but Kevin simplified the decision-making process for me and helped me find a very comfortable mattress shoiuld last many years.
Overall, I highly recommend The Bedroom Store.

Dennis was very friendly and helpful! Price was reasonable and deliverh will be in four days! (2 months at other furniture stores.). Box spring thrown in for free as well. Would definitely recommend checking out this store.

He has been a huge help over the years in helping me and my family select beds, I believe we’ve bought six beds from The Bedroom store due to the excellent customer service we get from Dennis. Dennis, the manager of the St. Peter’s Bedroom store, did an excellent job, of helping all four of us find mattresses, bedding, and furniture that was appropriate, to meet our needs. He was most personable and thorough, in walking us through the purchase.

Mr Dennis Ingle was the best customer service we ever met since we moved here to Saint Peters MO and he took the time to explain the different types of beds and mattresses and it’s function and what they are made for and he recommended us some mattresses to try out and then he did a price check for us and we was just happy with his service we couldn’t leave him empty handed for taking the time to educate us on his products. So we bought two pillows. Last night was the first night I slept on my pillow like a rock. But the good thing is I was dreaming about which mattresses to buy. What an experience last Saturday was while shopping for a new matress.

So we started off early in the morning, time for a new bed. We visited a few competitive companies showrooms. Two didnt have tempurpedic but we tried some others, nothing special, another one had them and we liked the bed but the pushy sales methods turned us off completely. We left to grab some food and check a couple of other places.

We wound up with less than 30 minutes and headed to the bedroom store in St Peters. Because it was already ten minutes before they close we told Dennis when we walked in that we had been shopping and liked the tempurpedic pro breeze and we were actually just shopping and would come back on Monday to finalize the purchase.

Dennis said that was fine however he wasnt in a huge rush so if we wanted our questions answered he would be happy to do so right then. We asked him several and he was clear in his answers and wasnt doing any of the "what do I need to do to make this happen right now" kind of stuff.we asked about any other recommendations and while he was clear that he thought our choice on the tempurpedic was a good one he obliged us looking at a couple of others.

We decided after about 30 minutes to get the tempurpedic and ergo base we came in for with a cover. All in it was significantly less than the first place.

I waited until today to post the review because I wanted it delivered and set up first so all aspects of the transaction were included. Two very polite men delivered and set up the bed in a quick and orderly manner taking care not to mar the floors etc.

Everyone did an outstanding job and I recommend anyone shopping give them an opportunity to earn your business, they did so for us in outstanding terms.

Go here first! Quality beds and service. This store stands behind their satisfaction policy. The first bed we purchased did not feel right after a trial run. The gave us full credit towards another mattress that we really like now. Also, now is a good time to go because they are selling their Serta and Stearns and Foster and Tempurpedic floor models at a good discount. We got one for my daughter and she loves it.

Went in the St. Peters store to find a memory foam pillow. There were two gentlemen there to greet me at the door. One man, Dennis I believe, took me to the selection and was very knowledgeable about the products. I am very happy with the service I received and the product itself is fantastic.
