i continuously shop at lulu bc i’m obsessed with their QUALITY, but i had to take the time to leave a 5 star review for lulu lemon 🍋 as a brand - their quality, and customer care is on point. i love that they offer hemming and repair bc the brand cares that their customers continue to have quality pieces since we’re spending so much in the first place. i took the time to mention that because I damaged one of my pieces & this store helped me get the whole issue fixed. Just so impressed with the lulu brand. 🤍

I have never shopped at Lululemon and never thought I would until my little brother told me he bought the ABC Classic Pants and that they’re the best pants he's ever worn. So, I was intrigued but didn’t necessarily want to spend $128 on pants, however, I returned a few gifts from Christmas recently and had plenty of cash to give them a shot. When I went the store in West County Mall (St. Louis, MO) the staff was amazing; friendly, patient and extremely knowledgeable. I tried on the ABC Classic Pants, and I immediately fell in love and purchased them without hesitation. I will likely be back for another pair in the near future. Thanks to your staff for all the help!

All the employees were super helpful. My little sister and I walked in 20 mins before they closed and they didn’t try and push us out. My sister has special needs and they were so awesome towards her. Will keep coming back due to the great costumer service!

I love this lululemon location! The sales associates are attentive and helpful! I have been to this store several times and have never left disappointed, even when I didn’t purchase anything. I’ve made a few returns for sizing and quality issues and the employees have always gone above and beyond to make sure I get a great replacement item. Great job west county! Best lulu in St. Louis!!

I love both the Frontenac and West County locations, but the staff members at this location are always so incredibly friendly and helpful! No matter how long the line is, they get you in and out quickly. If they don’t have an item, the staff is happy to have it shipped to your house. As a company, Lululemon has an amazing return policy and they always put their customer’s first.

I recently went to this location for the first time and loved my experience! David was the first person I met and he was extremely helpful, kind and just an all around great/fun guy!! And Morgan was an absolute sweetheart with wonderful suggestions. I will be back to shop there just because of them. Highly recommend asking for either David or Morgan :)

Me and my sister came the other day during a busy time. Even in the midst of a long line, David was incredibly helpful to everyone, very positive and honestly the best experience I had at that store for sure.

I love this store and I always find something when I shop there. Sometimes you can find rare or sold out items. The staff is incredibly friendly and they have the options to ship to your home for free if they are out of your size in store.

I had to jump on here to bumb up their stars 🌟 because this is the best lulu in saint louis. Well I honestly haven't been to Frontenac so compared to the one on Maryland this one is much better in my opinion. The main reason is because the employees here are very helpful, kind & always smiling. The only issue I've had is with both locations & thats the selection. Can we get better options in the store lulu, please!

Staff here is very friendly and helpful! I came in looking for a specific Swiftly top and although they didn't have it they were genuinely curious about the item as they wanted more product knowledge. They're also much larger than the other two STL locations so there is more to browse through!

Our favorite Lululemon store. Their new space is really nice and laid out well. We have gotten to know some of the employees and management and they couldn’t be nicer. Such a great group of people here.

I went in today to see what all the hype was about (I honestly had no intention of buying) BUT Monica was so extremely friendly and helpful that I did end up purchasing some leggings! I can’t recommend her enough! 10/10! What a breath of fresh air she was!

The educators here on the day I went were super friendly and helpful. Smaller selection than the other Lulu stores but the educators here were awesome and the location is convenient

Mitch and the entire crew were helpful and friendly. I could have hung out all night. I hate shopping for clothing but this entire experience left me feeling good about shopping at Lulu in the future.

When I came in the store, I didn't end up buying anything but the employee's were so nice and were so helpful and they answered all of the questions I had.

Bought pants from this store 2 years ago, and came back today because they had been worn down. A store associate replaced them for free! Nice.
