Homestead Acres RV & Mobile Home Park

Great place, great people, great rates. Awesome experience. Extremely pleasant, helpful, fair, and gracious owners. During my short stay they were very helpful, flexible, and extremely reasonable. Property seemed well maintained and safe with kids out playing as well as mostly friendly neighbors. I am incredibly thankful to the owners that I dealt directly with in being incredibly easy to deal with. I was treated fairly and professionally. The property manager was more than helpful and offered great orientation and information. I would definitely recommend and I will return.

We lived here for 3 years and the security is great, regular background checks of new tenants, close to shopping, a bus line, the police are always on patrol in near by area, fire department is always fast, storms go around the area , lots of shade, nice neighbors that look out for each other, and cost effective living. I would highly recommend. Take some bad reviews with a grain of salt because many got kicked out for not being reliable, and they post the worst reviews. The owner watches things and the park has cameras and an in sight well maintained full service Laundry mat as well.

The owner was very nice he helped me with providing me with a water hose and the proper sewer hook ups supplies even helped me with tools and fixing my flat tire on my rv great good people also the rent is cheap and the electric you use doesn't run real high either all around a great place to live

I've been here several times the past couple months, my bestfriend just recently moved here. Never once had any problems everyone is pretty friendly that I've met so far. And I hope to move here come 2020. Looking forward to it 😊

My husband Joe and I stayed here in March of 2017, and Bill was a great manager, who went out of his way to help us.
We are currently hoping to return to this park soon.

Bill has strived to keep the park a safe, and quiet place for everyone. In which I give him huge kutoos. Ive lived here a year now and loving it. They will help you in any way they can..

Lived here for a while. Very community. Residents that live here live up to that. Management goes way far and above if you need anything. Always felt safe and never had any problems.

This is a very nice place to live the owner Bill is awesome and very helpful upon moving in

Very kind and wonderful staff. My son moved in here about a month ago. They helped with everything. When his trailer arrived they were there to help balance it and hook up all his utilities.

This place is the bomb, great people to be around they always make you feel like family and always welcome... Thank You for making us feel at home and like we belong somewhere, You guys rock and are the bomb... Thank You from the bottom of our hearts...
