I just finished up my beginners class here today and it really couldn’t have gone better! It was a great, very educational class. I had no prior experience and Andrea was a wonderful teacher! Very supportive and helpful. I can’t wait to continue in this hobby and highly recommend for anyone interested to do it! 😊

We worked with Andrea to come up with the perfect stained glass for our new home. We absolutely love it and her process was flawless. Highly recommend her if you are looking for that unique statement piece. Excited for our house to complete so we can see the vision for this piece.

Andrea is the best! She cares about your project & makes it her own. A real passion for getting it right. She restored our 90 yr. Lamp with no glass & no supports to it's original beauty in a heartbeat & taught me a lot in the process. Trust her with your treasures!!!

I attended the beginners stained glass class and Andrea made learning super fun and easy. I ended up with a piece I am truly happy with, having had no prior experience! I really appreciate the helpful tips and techniques that she passed down that will help me continue with stained glass outside of the class! Would recommend.

Learned so much in the beginning stained glass workshop! A very relaxed and casual atmosphere. More reasonably priced than I expected and I feel accomplished that I made something unique and beautiful. Even if you think, "There's no way you could ever do this!", try it! Andrea is such a great teacher. She is kind, funny, knowledgeable and most of all… patient. My daughter and I took her “Intro to Stained Glass” class (got them as a gift for Christmas!) and really enjoyed ourselves.

At first I was worried about the length of the drive every week - but we live in the northwest Lee’s Summit area and it only takes us 40 minutes door to door.

We are signing up for her 2nd level class: “Beginning Lead Method” and we can’t wait!!

Denning Stained Glass is a great place for my stained glass needs. Andrea’s studio is well-stocked with high-quality supplies and a lot of beautiful glass. It’s also relatively close to where I live, which is a big plus for me. Andrea knows her stuff and it is a pleasure to do business with her.

Andrea created a special class for my group of 4. As a whole, the environment was fun, warm, and inviting. Andrea was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, flexible (you know, Covid and all) encouraging, and also had just enough tough love with her approach to help hold you accountable. 😉

At least one person in the group is already planning the next project, and I'm thinking when I get a larger place that I'd like to create something more complicated as well.

Andrea has EXPERTLY repaired two lamp shades for me. And custom made & matched several stained glass windows as well.
One lamp had two missing ‘petals’ from a flower made from stained glass in the late 1800’s.
I couldn’t tell the difference between the repaired pieces and the originals- only by her showing me the repair was I able to know.
Listen up (sorry Andrea, I know this is a difficult task to do- sorry if my review burdens you with repair work)
She had to take an original section out of the leading- make a mold, find the proper glass, and three-dimensionally form the glass over the mold- heated in in a kiln-to replicate the pieces- she is an artisan in the glass medium- I had a hard time believing anyone could even do such a thing. So she works magic with antique lamp-glass repairs, and her work with windows is exceptional. Though I live in Kansas City, the drive to her studio is well worth it and her studio is the only place I will ever go for any custom stained glass work or repairs.

Love everything about this place! Andrea is a great teacher and her store offers all you need to create beautiful glass pieces. Highly recommend!!
