My husband and I recently opened up an account with First Community. Today we went in for an auto loan and we couldn't have had a more pleasant experience! Mandy Kelly was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and all around a great person to work with. She made me feel so comfortable and got the job done despite having system wide computer issues. Plus, she's hilarious 😆 I would highly recommend First Community in Saint Charles to anyone!

Excellent experience all-around and a team that truly cares about its members. Even when there is an issue (no establishment is perfect) I've had someone follow up with me promptly to correct it. Always a pleasure to do business here!

FCCU has unbeatable loan rates. I have tried, but no one can beat them. Checking account is great. Reps are always able to help if you ever do have an issue. I just wish they were available all around the US.
