Harvester License Office

I had a great experience at this location today. It was the second one I had been to today to renew my license. Completely different experience than the Highway K location! This location was more efficient and the gentleman that renewed my license was so very kind. I will definitely use this license office again!

Fast and easy for license plate renewal. I was only waiting for 10 minutes in line. Very nice staff too.

Super nice facility, staff was great friendly . Jamie was the person that i went for my Vehicle plates and she answered lots of questions. Great proficiency and efficient service from her 👏

I have been renewing license plates and doing new motor vehicle title work at the Harvester DMV for many years. I always have the required documentation to complete every transaction without issue. The staff at this location have to abide with Missouri law, have your paper work in order. I think the staff always do a great job.

I had a great experience at dmv yesterday. Linda did a great job helping me. My license was going to expire Sunday. So Linda had to call Jefferson City. To get it taking care of. Linda have great customer service. She explained to me what had to be done it was out of her control. When she call and got everything cleared. I was in and out. Thank you again for your time and patience Linda. will be coming back here to do business with this dmv.

Best dmv! I had some problems with my licence and cheyanne helped me through it. she knew immediately what to do and i was in and out of there. Definitely coming back for my cars

Highly recommend this DMV location over others in the area. Staff is always friendly and helpful and cares about the customers.

Everything went well and actually pleasant. Inside was backed up to the door. I was in and out in 25 minutes. I had a very pleasant and friendly lady named Gretchen that took care of my paperwork for me. I also had a nice young lady in line behind me named Rosanna and we had a nice conversation that made the time go by faster. They did have five employees working at the counter which moved things right along. Nothing to complain about here. Thanks to all the employees. You did good I thought.

Great, helpful service as always. Had to go twice today (my fault) both ladies were very helpful. 2nd lady (Toni) I listened to her help her fellow employees both times I was there and treat customers with respect and have fun with them. It’s always stressful to go to the DMV, but this office has always been great!

Excellent service on a rainy day last week. My plan was go early in month to renew tabs and 430pm on a rainy day yielded three clerks ready to assist. Megan helped me and I was done within 10min easy, maybe 7min. I had my paperwork in order, but she only needed one doc while she verified all at her workstation. Thanks. Unfortunately in 2yrs, I won't remember why I should return there but will still go wo hesitation.

Went in Friday to help my fiance renew his plates. Wasn't sure if we had everything we needed, but Jamie was knowledgeable and made it so easy walking us through the process. Probably one of the first times. a trip to the DMV was positive for us!

Quite busy location, I showed up an hour before open to a line already. Staff were friendly and efficient. Have your papers ready and in order and you're in and out.

I’ve been to this location multiple times and I’ve never had a bad experience. (Unlike many others I’ve been to). Everyone always greets you with a smile and seems to actually enjoy their job. There’s a guy working there named Morgan. He is always has a smile on and is always so kind. They deal with a lot of unhappy people and he remains calm and happy to try to help however he can. I hope he stays at the Harvester office for a long time!

Dylan was professional friendly and knowledgeable. Not a combination you find often. Made renewal of my license a breeze. Great experience! I had been at the office on Highway K and it was wall to wall packed, people everywhere who had been waiting 2 hours or more, total nightmare. Harvester was great.

Toni was an absolute pleasure to work with! She made everything super simple and kinda fun...something I never thought I would ever say about a DL office! Really impressed with her people skills and hospitality. Great job, Toni. She's a keeper!

In and out in literally 10 minutes for registration and plates. Just do your research and make sure you have all your necessary documents before you come. A good number of people lined up behind me but the clerks seemed to be progressing quickly enough through them as I was being helped. Painless and friendly process for me at least.

I had a great experience at the license bureau today. Toni helped me and was amazing! My situation was kind of complicated and probably a huge pain for her, but she was incredibly kind and helpful. I was blown away by her positive attitude and patience with me and my situation. It is rare to come across someone that genuinely wants to help. Thank you, Toni!

I just have to say that I love this DMV office and recommend it to everyone who ask where to go. I have never had an issues there and even when the lines are long, Angela and her team are fantastic. I first went to this DMV on Angela’s first day, and I have to say how great and professional she is. I believe she deserves recognition for her outstanding work.
