Bubon Orthodontics is helping me reach my smile goals. And from the very start of our customer/servicer relationship, their team has been nothing but pleasant and helpful. I never leave an appointment feeling confused or unsure about anything we've discussed. And I've never witnessed any employee seem as if they don't want to be there. Great place all around!

I’m so impressed with the progress of having braces. I didn’t think I would be able to have braces again for the second time. But after talking to the staff from Bubon Orthodontics they insured me that everything will be fine. And I have a beautiful smile in no time. The staff at every location are wonderful and yes I have been at every location. LBVS 😁 so don’t overthink it go for it. It’s worth the investment.

My son just had his first appointment at the Bubon Orthodontics location in Brookfield. What a great experience! They were able to get X-rays when my son’s dentist has never been successful. I started to neglect the aesthetics of my teeth shortly after my dog destroyed my retainers. However, I went in to a simple consult appointment for a new retainer and was warmly greeted by the man Dr. Bubon himself. After seeing his impeccable teeth and smile, I knew I came to the right place. With state of the art technology, Kim was able to scan an image of my teeth within minutes without having to resort to the traditional pink monstrosity that triggers your gag reflex without mistake. Overall, I was very satisfied with the kind staff, fast turn around times and great pricing.

I went to Bubon on referral for my kids we are on the last child with braces. I also am being treated for TMJ by Dr. Bubon. Not only is the staff wonderful, but the doctors are just as great. Every time I come in for an appointment they vibe through the office is great. Another great thing about Bubon is they are willing to work with you and your wallet. Great Place - HIGHLY recommended

We love Bubon Orthodontics! I had braces as an adult, then both of my kids have had braces and all went to Bubon. I know others who've gone to other orthodontists, and they have issues that we dont! We HIGHLY recommend them to everyone we talk to.

The Invisalign product itself and the service were fine, but—- long story short, I have a credit in my account so I am due for a refund. And that started my misery. I have contacted the company at least ten times since March about my refund, each time I was told that someone will contact me, but I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. I understand that the Pandemic has slowed things down but it has been five months and this is unacceptable. I still DO NOT HAVE MY REFUND, and my insurance companies have paid them since March. They are taking advantage of people during these difficult times! Terrible customer service. I am still waiting for my money.

Very friendly experience, didn’t have my braces on too long. They answered any questions I had and handled me with care! My appointments weren’t long at all either. Love my new smile thanks Bubon!
