Friendly staff and great customer service especially the morning crew. I love that they know me by name. Now that’s service! I was sad to hear my favorite barista Willow left. The prices are reasonable and they do a good job of getting my order right.

I just dropped by this place, and I had a much better experience than others did. The pleasant staff member who took my order and the great coffee I ordered made my morning wonderful.

I came here to work and the coffee was good. However, the customer service was even better. The employees working today are very nice and courteous. I was sitting here and love to hear that they recognize regular customers and their orders. This really shows what great people work here.

The people here are amazing. I consistently have awesome interactions with Kieran and Gabe of the night crew. Maddy is great when I occasionally use the drive-thru. I’ve recently been making the drive from Clemmons just to see the 09464 crew; this store is one of a kind. Clean environment & accommodates allergies. Drinks are always perfect.

Each time we’ve visited this store we’ve noticed how all of the employees seem happy to be there. It’s refreshing to see. The service and quality is spot on.

I went through the drive thru last night, around 8pm, ordered ahead and got a hot triple espresso with a splash of cream for the morning. I add all my syrups myself. They made it iced and I politely said that it was supposed to be hot but said it was okay I could take the ice out at home. Team member Maddy said I could keep the iced drink and she wouldn’t mind at all making my drink the right way. This is AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you Maddy, I sure appreciate you taking the time to make my drink correctly and letting me keep the wrong one!

Placed a mobile order while on the road and picked up inside. The place looks very clean. Ordered four drinks and every single one of them tasted great and was prepared quickly. Very polite staff too. Would definitely stop here again if I'm in town.

V loves the caramel ribbon crunch drink! I haven’t tried it myself but if you like caramel then you should try it! I enjoy the Java Chip, Red Eye, or the Black Eye with almond milk & cinnamon sprinkle drink! The egg bites were smashed , she liked them so much that she ate two orders of them! 😂❤ Love it!

They were really friendly and I was really amazed by the drive up girl! She can totally multitask! I was inside waiting for my order which took only about 3 min ( I had 2 macchiatos and some warm muffins) and she was really killing it back there. The whole time with a smile on her face. Good work!

They are always so friendly and give great customer service! Taylor takes my order almost every day and is always very ecstatic to be there! You can always tell when someone loves their job and he is definitely doing an amazing job!

I just LOVE this Starbucks & the employees are amazing!!! I've been to the one on Julian Rd & I did NOT receive the same heart warming service that I get with this Starbucks. Trevor, Katie, Katie K, Becca, Ivy, John, & manager Linda, are just amazing people!!! I can come in & they already know my name & my order, they don't rush me if I sit down for a while, they aren't rude about anything at all, & they ALWAYS make it right if something goes wrong which is hardly ever! I understand the drive-thru might be long sometimes, but you have to remember that they stay very busy & it takes time to make the drinks to your perfection. I don't know about every one else but, I know I want what I pay for & I don't want it rushed. Overall, I think this is a great place & I'm willing to wait just to get great service that most places lack nowadays! Love u guys❤

OMG!!! I love coming here. The staff are friendly and full of positive energy! Ms Linda! I was having a bad morning and she took the time to encourage me and not only did things get better, she recommended the BLONDE and she was right. The entire team is wonderful, but she really went over and beyond. Thanks for the smile and words! I need to bottle them up and take them with me to work :) Blessings to this group

Best Starbucks I've been too. Especially Shannon being super friendly and welcoming. It's Thanksgiving night and 10 mins before closing, she could have been really mean but she was a bright sunny day and smile. Give that girl a management spot, she would infect others with her happiness.

Always busy, but never too busy to take the time for good services with a smile.

Just wanted to thank the Salisbury team as I stopped through along I-85 - everyone was helpful and my order came out really quickly (about 5 mins).

I love my pumpkin spice latte and when it's in stock the pumpkin cream cheese muffin and the only thing I wish they had more of them because it seems to be always out of stock. My other I recommend is the pumpkin loaf cake love love it. The staff are always nice and some like to joke with you.

Even tho the drive thru looks long they go pretty fast. Workers are always nice!
