Dr. Bagga has been my dentist since I was a little kid (I am 31 now). Very kind man. I enjoy visiting and getting my teeth cleaned.

Don't usually write reviews, but hopefully this helps someone.

Poor work on two cavities I had done. Both are hurting after 3 months. The cleanings they do here are not as thorough as other dentists I've been do (which is only 2 others in my life). And the lady at the front desk is rude/impolite.

Only positive is they were dirt cheap. You get what you pay for I guess.

They took x-rays without even looking at the problem tooth, Dr. Bagga asked me what I did for a job and how many hours I worked before looking at my teeth, then gave me an outrageous price. Even the temporary fix, some kind of sealer, was outrageous, think he said 385$ ....another 1300 for a filling and crown. Wanted to tell him to f off for real. Had to pay for 95$ x-rays and zero relief.... Now I gotta pay another guy to do the work and a second set of X-rays....mighta been smarter to go somewhere with free xray for new patients. Bring the title to your yacht if you wanna see this guy. Not kidding.

I don't know which dentist I saw- I think it was Dr Dave but I'm not positive. The dentist I had kept going back between myself and another patient. I know dentists do this- they numb you, go do something else, come back. Thing is I could see where he was coming out of- between myself and the other patient he *never once* washed his hands.
The dentist seemed incredibly confused about my insurance and kept saying I had no coverage and keeps showing me these papers with billing amounts and his eyes really big, telling me I'm going to have to pay a huge sum of money. Then when I talked to my insurance of the front desk staff they roll their eyes and say "oh, don't listen to him."
I was supposed to have 2 crowns. They refused to make the appointment for the 2nd one until they got pre-approval from my insurance company. With my insurance company on the phone (insisting that the pre-approval wasn't necessary) at the front desk the woman took the fax number down and said it would be no problem to have the approval in a couple of days. They would call me. That was about 2 months ago. I have yet to hear anything.
The front desk staff wasn't all that friendly. If I ask a question- don't cut me off and talk over me. You may have heard the same question a thousand time, but that's your job, sorry. I'm asking because I don't know.
I can't say this is necessarily the dentist's fault, but at the same time the 1 crown I did have done has never stopped hurting, has gotten worse and I'm going to have to pay a lot to likely have it redone or have a root canal done. Frustrating with all of the other mess it's hard not to think that maybe the dental work was half-assed as well.
So- I've heard good things about Dr Molar in Bayview and that's where I plan to go. It just seemed like they couldn't get anything right here, it bugs me that dentists aren't held to the same health standards as doctor's and nurses- explaining things to you, washing their hands... simple stuff.
All that being said, I thought the dental assistant was really nice, and when I pointed out that the dentist wasn't making any sense, at least she validated that. I was happy with the hygienist.

Do not go there I took my son and they said he had 8 cavities well I needed a second opinion so I took him to another dentist and they said he had 1 cavitie they did not show me x - rays or offer to ask if I wanted to see them so I would highly recommend getting second opinion after you are seen and if you have to have more work done I will definitely not be bringing my family or children back to this corrupt dentist office
