My wife and I purchased three Viking appliances from this Ferguson’s location and Cheryl Pullium was our sales rep. We were in Florida and moving to western NC. Cheryl was invaluable to us, not only making our purchase experience seamless, even being hundreds of miles away, but was so helpful when it came to making arrangements for delivery and installation. She explained everything to us and what we could expect and accommodated our schedule in delivering the appliances. When we had an issue with one of the appliances, because nothing is ever perfect, she was tenacious and dedicated to working with us to get it resolved- and she succeeded. Make sure you ask for Cheryl. Great company and great people.

Ferguson in Franklin is our one stop shop! Their customer service and knowledge goes way beyond your average box store. They have went out of their way several times to make sure we had every part that we need. Everyone I have ever talked to at this store has had the best customer service skills..

Not even a bad customer service.
No customer service at all. We wanted to purchase the kitchen appliances. The receptionist made me leave a voice message with the sales department. No one called back. It has been a month or more.
We will buy from some where else.

If I could give this company zero stars I would!!! Our experience with Ferguson Plumbing was a very terrible experience and we regret doing business with this company! Our first visit to the show room left me wondering if this was the place to spend our money for a Sub Zero refrigerator, bath tub, sinks etc., for the home we are building. Jennifer the sales consultant never acknowledged us and after speaking with her she had a very sour/poor attitude and never made us feel like she was interested in our purchase(s). The bathtub that we ordered was too small so we had to return it and reorder. Jennifer told us that we were due a refund of $200.00 and we would receive a credit on our credit card within a week. A month went by and after calling Jennifer I was never able to get in touch with her and after leaving several messages she never returned my calls. It wasn't until I spoke to another person that I was informed a credit was placed on our account. That was Jennifer's responsible to let us know about the credit but she failed to do so.

We purchased our Sub zero refrigerator and spent almost $10,000. Jennifer advised us that she would contact us when the refrigerator arrived which she failed to do. After contacting her she informed me that the refrigerator had arrived and she asked me to call her on Wednesday so she could give us the time for the delivery on Thursday. I called her three times left messages and she never returned my call. I finally (again) had to contact someone else so we could get a delivery time. We were advised that the delivery would be Thursday morning and after waiting until noon and calling I was told that they would be there that afternoon. The truck finally arrived with one driver and he unloaded the refrigerator and left it in the garage. After calling their company and complaining I was told they charge extra for that. What company charges you to take the appliance in the home especially after spending $15,000 with their company. On Tuesday, August 29th Macon Appliance delivered a Viking stove, dishwasher, microwave, oven and beverage center and installed them in our kitchen at no cost. When I asked the Macon Appliance delivery men if they would bring the refrigerator inside for us they asked who we purchased it from and we're shocked that Ferguson left it in the garage. After calling Feguson Jennifer answered and she just passed me on to who I asked for. I was told that they thought America Home Place was responsible to bring the refrigerator inside. Why would they assume this when we didn't purchase the appliances with America Home Place. Lowe's, Home Depot, Sears, Macon Appliances and other companies, deliver, install and haul the cardboard away. My feeling of Ferguson is once they have your business they don't care about their customers. Most reputable companies will call and thank you for your business. We will NEVER do business with this company again nor will I refer them. We had the BEST experience with Macon Appliance who truly care about their customers!
