Dillard's

Dillard's at sooner fashion mall offered me great service. They gave me a makeover. And afterwards I really looked great with the new makeup applied. I bought some of the new makeup and I'm still wearing it and I love it. I want to thank them for their great service.

This is the only Dillard's that gets my business. I've been to a few locations between Oklahoma and Mississippi and all of the staff is rude to me EXCEPT this store. Everyone here is so welcoming and willing to answer questions, which I truly appreciate. It's the reason I keep coming back.

Exceeded expectations. Stopped here to find new shoes and I bought 2 pair! Isaiah is a rock star!

I was looking for some new makeup and a friend recommended Mac inside Dillard's so I went. The pro there not only helped me choose what was best for my skin but she applied everything to my face so I could see it for myself before I made a purchase. There's no doubt that the make up is more expensive than what I usually buy but it's also incredibly lightweight while having great coverage. It was a real help too being able to watch her apply it.

I came in today and Ayana helped me find everything I needed and made the whole process much easier. Grateful for her!

TBH... Just needed the bathroom this time, but the folks who work there are always so friendly and helpful.

Beautiful store with quality merchandise, lovely displays, hundreds of great gift ideas, lots of holiday decor and the staff are amazing too!

Got my pants and short at Dillards. Not going to say anything about how I lost the pants and shirt I had to replace. I wasn't to happy about the looks I got from the sales people and patrons who made fun of my holey running shorts.

My mom needed a blouse for a funeral and the assistants helped her so much. Great customer service

We didn’t intend on shopping at Dillard’s but wound up getting everything we needed there. We decided to stay after Amanda helped us find some professional women’s wear. She was so helpful and friendly that we stayed! Great fashion advice and quickly had an eye for things my wife would like. It isn’t often that a salesperson makes such a memorable impression but Amanda definitely did. Highly recommend.

Had to pick up a new dress shirt and vest. The men working the suit area are very knowledgeable and helpful. A very good choice for a fast suit fix. Definitely returning for the next shirt!!!

We were purchasing a dress for my 14 year old daughter. The lady there was amazing! Complimented my daughter a gave great advice! I appreciated it a lot teenagers need more compliments some are so self conscious!

The Dillards in Norman is the place to be, the management is outstanding, the store is always clean and looks good every time I’ve been there. And when the cosmetics go into gift they reach out to you so you don’t miss the opportunity!!!

Great service in the sunglasses department, was able to get my wife a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses she liked.

I went in to get some home goods, towels and rugs. I also bought some clothes, Kate spade journal and Godiva candy. It was all great. The people were very nice. I will go back to do my Xmas shopping.

Went in with my mother to help her get a cologne for my dad that she wanted and we couldn't find it anywhere else. The lady that assisted us was so helpful and actually advised us on a way to get more for what we wanted. She also did an amazing job on wrapping the gift and made the entire experience and very pleasant one. We will go back and would highly recommend it!
