Amazing service. We have been working for weeks on a new home in Greenville, South Carolina and the product and the service are fabulous. We could not be more pleased with our beautiful surroundings. I love Bassett furniture! Walking into your new home and not knowing how to fill up your rooms can be daunting. Diana kept us at ease. She looked at each space and helped us pick out furniture that would accommodate our daily lifestyle. She is timely, respectful, and knowledgeable. Most recently, she helped us with our nursery room. The fabrics and furniture she picked out are perfect! The items arrived on time and the movers were careful not to damage the items but also the house. I find Bassett to be a lovely place to shop; it's well organized, many room set ups are very well put together. Elena is a wonderful representative to the company; she is kind, concerned, and welcoming. She took the time to help me find what I need, and really explained the reasoning behind why the pieces went together, and how I can curate them even further. I am very pleased with how much care she puts into her customers and is dedicated in making their house a home they can enjoy.

Every room in my house has been furnished by Basset. Diana San Miguel helped choose the furniture and drapes for all rooms. Without her expertise it wouldn't have been possible. She is easy to work with and has done a wonderful job. It was a good experience from start to finish and I couldn't be happier with the results.

We purchased a new home in Naples, FL, and decided to purchase all new furniture as well. While the home was under construction, we went to Bassett Furniture in Greenville, SC, where we had the very good fortune of getting Diana San Miguel as our salesperson. She was an experienced interior decorator and used photos of our chosen floors, rugs, and wall colors to help us select furniture. By the time we left Greenville, we had purchased nearly all our new furniture and when it arrived in Naples it all worked perfectly. I cannot imagine a better furniture salesperson anywhere than Diana. I highly recommend that anyone who wants new furniture living near Greenville, SC, go and seek her advice.

When furnishing our lake house, I took my ideas & met with the designer Elena. She helped me pick out beautiful furniture that created the look I was after, made sure I ordered correct sizes based on who would be using it most, & assured me storage would be no issue since we weren’t exactly sure of timeline to build completion. Met a lovely designer, Elena McIssac, at Bassett Greenville, SC as we were thinking of having a sofa custom made for our new home. She helped us through the process. But first asked if we wanted her to see our space to help us choose colors and fabric type. This was a great idea and some of her thoughts and comments really helped us. We figured out what we needed for comfort (cushion density for bottoms and backs). It was “white glove” delivered as quoted and it looks GREAT! What a pleasure working with Elena. We’ll surely use Bassett for our future furniture needs.

With Lecy Campbell's assistance we found the perfect sectional for our space. She is a great listener and knows the product line which made the process much easier. We are thrilled with the high quality pieces we purchased.
