I recently had the pleasure of working with Kris Cuddy to sell my home and would highly recommend her to help with the sale or purchase of a home. She was extremely knowledgeable about selling and buying homes, had several helpful tips to get your home “show” ready, and had the marketing skills to get the job done. I could depend on her to do what she said she was going to do, and she was very responsive when I needed her. She gave me the guidance I needed through the entire process and was very compassionate as it was a very emotional experience selling my home of over 20 years. As we encountered challenges along the way, she remained confident and calm, and quickly came up with solutions to keep the process going. This took a lot of stress off me. This process has been just as smooth and flawless. She has a excellent relationship with the local builders. To include, she knows the additional steps to take and inspections that are needed to ensure the builder didn’t take any short cuts in your new build. She is an excellent resource and someone you need on your team! I highly recommend her for buying and selling. My only regret is not finding her sooner! She knows her stuff and she keeps it real!

She was prepared for any situation including being equipped with her tape measure to help us resolve an issue we had with the trees being planted. We would have never known to hire outside inspectors and the many things to look out for had it not been for her being at our side. She even stayed till around 11pm the day we were signing our contract. We are moved in into our new home and we love it; a huge part of that is thanks to Kris. If you are looking for a realtor who is going to be by your side every step of the way, I HIGHLY recommended Kris. Any homebuyer would benefit greatly by having her on their side.
